Detpack
The Detpack is a bomb used only by the Demoman that creates an enormous explosion when it detonates. Unlike other weapons, the Detpack must be set by the player, leaving the Demoman vulnerable for a few seconds. The Detpack can be set to a five-second by default holding M (command: +det5). Players can select a fuse length of 5, 20, or 50 seconds and set the Detpack pressing SHIFT (command: +commandmenu). Detpacks can be disarmed by any enemy scout that walks on it.

Now check where you can use detpacks to blow up passages and more:
Avanti
Behind the church where the last command point is located, it is possible to blow up the wall, helping your team to capture this point. It's only possible to blow this wall by the outside:

Bonus tip:
If you shoot the church's bell, it will shake the tower's inside, being useful against snipers that will have a hard time trying to aim with a shaking screen.
Cz2 (Canalzone 2)
Destroy the enemy Command Center if you're losing badly, this is an extremely hard thing to do, because the doors into the enemy Command Center won't open for you, but it may be your only hope if you're being severely beaten. It can be done slightly more easily by sneaking a disguised Spy into the enemy Command Center:

While inside of the Command Center as a Spy you can use the computer console to open all the doors from the base, really helping the Demoman from your team to get in there.

If a detpack destroys the enemy Command Center, they lose control of any Command Points they've captured and also gives 10 points for the Demoman.
Rock2
Going deep underwater you will found a cave to the enemy base, that leads you to a blocked abandoned mine that can be unblocked:

After blowing up the rocks you can already make your way to the enemy base, but there is another place that you can also blow up, making the way even shorter, but easier for both team to access:

If another detpack is detonated again on this place, it will block the passage, useful for the enemies that wants to protect their base, this can be blocked and unblocked as many times you want:
Warpath
Under the bridge of Capture Point 3, you will find a blocked tunnel to the enemy base that can be unblocked by a detpack, which breaks a wall to the enemy base:

Like in Rock2, this can be blocked and unblocked each time a demoman detonates a detpack on this place:
Well
Outside of each base you can find this pipe. Blow up the bars with your detpack to make your way closer to the enemy flagroom:

Dustbowl?
Some people may think you can open some passages in this map, which is not true. They open automatically if the blue team is taking too long to capture the point.
This first tunnel is located in dustbowl's first stage, it opens automatically after 5 minutes since the map started:

This second tunnel is located in the dustbowl's second stage and opens automatically after 15 minutes since the map started:
