This guide will solely focus on the achievements that you can miss. Most are obvious from their descriptions, whilst others require further explanation which I will list when necessary.

I strongly suggest you frequently make back-up saves whilst playing in case you accidentally progress too far, pal.

Ep. 3 - Studio One
Ep. 5 - Underground Parking Lot

Note: You don't have to use all three, just swap with Gumshoe and this will pop. If you do want to see each scene though, save the metal detector for last since it progresses the story.

Day 1 - Investigation

I've only listed missable lunchboxes, the rest are acquired from natural progression.

Lunchland's Pickle Supreme

• Before heading to the police department, present your attorney's badge to Angel.

Day 2 - Trial Former

I strongly suggest making a back-up save before Angel's testimony just to be safe.

First Love lunchbox

• When asked "Objection!" or "No problem!" choose "No Problem!" first.

P'tooey on rice

• When faced with three options, choose "What she saw". This is incorrect and you will be penalised.

Orange-peel lunchbox

• Answer "The order of events" which is also incorrect, netting you a second penalty.

Day 3 - Investigation

You should receive this achievement after talking to Angel Starr in the underground parking lot.

Ep. 3 - Big Top

Only available during Part 1: Investigation. You can find Maya at the Wright & Co. Law Offices.

During Part 4-2: Trial make sure to SAVE when the Judge says 'Let's not waste any more time.'
The correct things to present are Shelly de Killer's profile and the Video Tape. Present anything other than these two things and you will get the bad ending.

Ep. 2 - Basement Warehouse
Ep. 5 - Courtyard during Part 3-2: Investigation, examine the stepladder with the metal detector

DeMasque's Hideout

• Examine the object that looks like a fishbowl on the left of the room.
  Note: Although this is available in Part 1, you can still examine it in Part 3 if you forgot.

Security Room

• During Part 3: Investigation, examine the white list and both workstations and you should unlock this achievement.

When breaking Viola's Psyche-Locks, answer the first question incorrectly and she'll offer you a donut.

Part 1: Investigation

This achievement is very easy to miss. I strongly suggest you create different saves when I tell you to just in case.

• SAVE before breaking Armstrong's Psyche-Locks.
  
• Ask about Maggey's Motive again when it's locked.
  
• Present all of your evidence and profiles.
  
• Present your magatama and make sure to answer incorrectly on every choice.

Part 3: Investigation

• SAVE when encountering Armstrong in the Kitchen.
  
• Make sure to present everything again since he becomes unavailable the further you progress.

Part 4-1: Trial

• SAVE at the start of Armstrong's testimony
  
• Press every single statement and voilà! The achievement should pop when you have to present the Small Bottle.

During Part 1-2: Investigation present the Attorney's Badge to Larry.
Examine the flags at Heavenly Hall and the achievement should pop.

Congratulations on completing the Ace Attorney trilogy! I sincerely hope you enjoyed it.
