Bind Esc, Shift, Alt, Ctrl and Fix mouse look
Anyone else notice that you can't bind "Esc", "shift", "Alt", and "Ctrl" in the launcher? And you can't unbind Right click... which is mouselook?
Why? PURE laziness on the dev who made the port.

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Accel World vs. Sword Art Online
Then edit OptionConfig.ini, scroll down to "Start" and change it from default 77 to 27.
(77 is ASCII for the M key, 27 is the ASCII for the ESC key)
Same as Javascript character codes:
https://www.cambiaresearch.com/articles/15/javascript-char-codes-key-codes

Use the javascript codes to change any of the other keys to what you want.

Want shift to be run? (Which also happens to be the same key for Shortcut 1)
Change R1 from 50 to 16
Want shortcut 2 to be something better? Change it to CTRL
Change R2 from 51 to 17

However, the mouse config is NOT the javascript char codes.
The number directly correspond to buttons in the "game pad" section.
The acceptable numbers are 0-15, any other number results in the default.
This means IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to unbind the R click. So, whenever you mouse look, you'll be pressing *some* button on game pad...
BUT you can bind it to L3 which is an unused button.
Make "Right=6" under [MOUSE] section
This will make Right click effectively mouse look only.
Or
The least invasive I found is R1.
This also happens to be "run", which means you're always running while mouse looking, AND also happens to be shortcut 1. This means you have to stop mouse looking (use lock-on for better results) to use normal attacks. It also means you have to stop mouse look to dodge.

The list of numbers that the mouse keys can be assigned is listed under [GAMEPAD] section, number 0-15, inside the config file.

This leads me to believe whoever made this port (and all QA if there were any) never actually played this game... or ANY PC game in their lives.

With just a few fixes, the game becomes a playable PC game!

Practically every SAO game has a lazy PC port. Of those I've played, Hollow fragment: RE seems to be the best.
