Thanks, this was very helpful, my fav route to take is, Paths B and D
Path C is the worst one, I hate the amount of enemies and bosses in one stage.

The 5th photos I noticed is wrong and has nothing to do with the decisions made in game. Shouldn't that be a screen inside of the enemy base were you walk into the trap right before you fight the doctor's mutations?

Yeah I alrady googled it and now you're right on the spot, you need to climb up there and agree to fight 3 bosses.
