Adding missing Portal 2 icons.

Useful console commands:

1. [sp_a1_intro1] ent_fire camera_intro disable - Disable bedside camera.
2. [sp_a2_bts6] ent_fire ending_relay disable - Disable screen attenuation and level transition.
3. [sp_a2_intro] ent_fire camera_ghostanim disable - Disable fall animation and black screen.
4. [mp_coop_credits] ent_fire camera_sp disable - Disable locked cam.
5. [e1912] "ent_fire vehicle_intro kill; ent_fire speed_mod modifyspeed 1"; ent_fire crash-vehicle_intro kill; ent_fire crash-speedmod kill" - Returns player control and disable scripted scenes.

After downloading the addon, restart gmod if it was already running.

@daniel.gonzales.2006 it would be impossible due to teleports and overlapping sections (actually maybe if there was immersive portals hammer integration)
