Lol, my bad. Was uploading custom images from outside the game for the sake of putting them on my profiles screenshot showcase, and the way I was doing it was by renaming the pictures to match a random screenshot I took from the game and then moving and replacing it. Which somehow resulted in this.

Even more creepy when the thumbnails don't match the screenshots at all. Spooked a bit by the other pic.
