Once you spawn, go the left tunnel of our spawn.
When you're outside of the spawn take another left and go straight until you see this
Enter the black tunnel and once you're inside of the grass area you will see a cave
Enter it and go straight down and you will see the Mining Area

Gravel Crate - This will be your main way of transporting the gathered ore to your Crushers and its basically a must use tool, but you can still go ahead and use only your pickaxe to deposit stuff to your Crushers. To deposit stuff to the Gravel Crate you need to right click whilst holding your pickaxe.

Pickaxe - With this tool you can gather ore and increase + level your proficiency at mining, levels do matter for your pickaxe speed and some ores are locked under Pickaxe level.

Smelter - This Building is a must if you wanna convert refined ore into smelted bars, a smelter always needs coal but the usage of coal is different for all ores, but 50kg is the max a Smelter can hold and I suggest to have it always full. Smelter only accept refined ores, so you should bring it refined coal + whatever refined ore and after some time it will convert it to smelted bars which you can sell to NPC for $$$.

Refiner Crate - This little container MUST be put + locked under a refiner if you want it to collect refined ore which you can move and transport to the Smelter.

Builder - With this SWEP you can make a mining post which you see fit for your needs, you need something like this to be able to go from ore process to bar process.

Mining Entrance - Its more of a late game Building but with this you're basically automating mining for yourself, you no longer need to mine with a pickaxe, but you always can if you want to.

For any sort of mining success you will need a basic setup and you can do one by firstly purchasing a Builder SWEP and placing as many Crushers as you want.

Next up, you should connect a conveyor belt to those Crushers, like shown.


Now the interesting part, each ore has its own Refiner, so you could do all refiners its all up to you, but you should place them like this AND KEEP IN MIND, if you do wanna do more than one, its totally fine to just keep stacking them one next to one, the production line will keep going and skipping the incorrect refinery till it reaches the correct one.


Once you're done with that part, I Recommend placing another conveyor belt that is going to the side and Ill show why in a bit.


Put down another "Straight" conveyor belt before placing another that is going to the side.


After that side conveyor belt, you will need to place 3 straight conveyor belt's before placing another side conveyor belt that is facing towards the production line like so.


Now you need place down a conveyor belt BUT IMPORTANT NOTE, IT MUST BE THE "conveyor belt small" VERSION otherwise this wont work, so place that small version before placing down the Inserter.


Now you're finished your layout of a mining production line, now when you insert stuff into crushers this process will efficiently process everything but keep in mind you need to put down refiner crate's at your refiners and they MUST look like this. ( you know you did it correctly if the light on the refiner is flashing GREEN ).


Once you've got your refined coal and any other desired material, you will need to insert them into the Smeltery.


You can physgun stuff inside of the smeltery and when you've done everything correctly IT SHOULD look like this.


Once its done smelting + cooling you will always end up with 6 bars that you can pick up + sell to the NPC for the money.
