BREAKDOWN
I'll be dividing the achievements into different categories to group them, instead of just listing them.

DIFFICULTY
Aside from 1 Achievement, all of these can be done on any difficulty you want.

CHEATS
Cheats DO NOT disable Achievements, so use them as you please. And don't feel bad, the game is meant to be enjoyed, not about proving your worth.

The Foothills
Complete episode 1

The Facilites
Complete episode 2

The Nameless City
Complete episode 3

Only the Beginning
Complete all three episodes

Simply play through DUSK on any difficulty you want along with any cheats you want.

The only things affected by Difficulties are the Enemies. Health, Ammo, Drops and Enemy Spawns remain the same.

The difficulties are:

Accessible - Enemies deal very little damage and you need to be right near them to trigger them.
Go Easy On Me - Enemies deal small damage and you need to be in close proximity to them.
I Can Take It - Enemies deal normal damage and Enemies attack on sight.
Cero Miedo - Enemies deal huge amounts of damage and Enemies attack when you're near
DUSKMARE -
+ Enemies kill you in 1 Hit
+ Enemies move extremely fast
+ They can detect you from a far distance
+ They fire their projectiles once they spot you

FUN FACT: Cero Miedo means Zero Fear

Watch the credits to the end

Upon completing E3M10, you'll be greeted with a Credit Sequence. Simply watch it and you'll earn the achievement. Make sure not to hit any buttons or else you'll skip it

Not Even Remotely Fair
Beat a level on 'Duskmare'

This is the only Difficulty Related Achievement in the entire game. DUSKMARE is the game's hardest difficulty. Enemies react the moment you go near them, fire projectiles faster and kill you in 1 hit. I recommend you attempt this after you've completed the game. That way you'll get access to the Loadout. This allows you to select what weapon you want to start with and will make it much easier.

TIPS
+ Do this post-game to access Loadout
+ Do this on E1M1
+ Memorize the Level Layout

WALKTHROUGH
1. After beating the game, when you select a Level you can access your Loadout. This allows you to choose what Weapons you spawn with, as well as their Ammo. I personally chose a Hunting Rifle because it can kill most Enemies in 1 solid hit
2. Play the Level as you normally would. but take extra care when turning corners. Enemies won't move until you enter their Radius, so use the Zoom In to quickly pick off a few enemies in the distance

5 Survived
Get past wave 5 in Endless Mode

10 Survived
Get past wave 10 in Endless Mode

20 Survived
Get past wave 20 in Endless Mode

Endless Mode is available from the start (But I recommend you try this after you've beaten the game). It is exactly what it sounds like. You are in a small arena and must survive waves and waves of enemies until you die or give up. You can play on The Farm, The Factory or the Cathedral. Each Map offers it's own set of unique enemies (Leathernecks on Farm, Pyros on The Factor, etc) but they also share enemies. Play around and see which set of enemies you think you can take on. Below is a video of me completing 20 Waves on The Farm on the 'Go Easy On Me' difficulty.

NOTES
- Can be done on any difficulty
- Can be done on any Level
- Can be done with Cheats
- You must complete the Wave to get the achievement (To get '5 Survived' you must reach Wave 6)

TIPS
Assuming you're doing it on 'I Can Take It' or above, here are some crucial tips:
1. Get Equipped. Make sure to pick up everything during the First Wave
2. Health. There is only 1 Healthpack in the map that DOESN'T get replenished. After that, the only Health are single 1 HP dropped by enemies. Make sure to avoid getting hit
3. Move. Aside from Leathernecks, all enemies have a form of Projectile and they don't follow, so make sure to constantly move to avoid them
4. Back-Up. Save the Motor, Hunting Rifle, Crossbow and Rivet for Scarecrows and Sisters (They can take A LOT of damage)
5. Memorize. Waves After Wave 10, the enemy spawns will always be the same. Remember who spawns where and how to effectively kill them
6. Friendly Fire. Try to get Enemies to fight each other to even the playing field

If you don't get the Achievement on 20, do a few more waves to make sure it pops.

Rather than put these for each one, I'll just sum up my Notes and Tips right here. Also I HIGHLY recommend E1M1 'Head Cheese' for all of these. It's the easiest level to do it in.

TIPS
+ Press TAB to display Level Stats so you can see your time

Completionist
Earn the 'Completionist' award

To earn this, you need to find all Secrets and Kill all enemies on any level. Press TAB to bring up your Stats HUD and see how many Secrets / Kills you have left.


NOTES
+ You must complete the level with ALL Secrets and Kills to get the Completionist Award
+ You can't do one and then the other. You must do them both on the same run
+ Every time you die, the Stat resets
+ You can save your progress and the game will remember it for that level

Pacifist
Earn the 'Pacifist' award

To earn this, you need to complete a level without killing a single enemy. You can hit them, but as long as you don't kill them, you will get the achievement. This is also the only unmissable Award you will get, because in E3M10 you can't kill the final boss and thus you automatically get the Award.

Gotta Go Fast
Beat par time in a level

To earn this, you need to beat the Level's Dev Time. Upon completing the episode, during the end screen you'll see the Dev's Time. You simply need to complete the level faster than it. Press TAB to bring up your Stats and see how long your run takes. Completing E1M1 in under 1:00 is extremely easy.

Untouchable
Earn the 'Untouchable' award

To earn this, you need to complete a Level without taking a single hit of damage. If you play on DUSKMARE you will get this automatically because 1 Hit will kill you. if you don't, here are some tips

NOTES
- You can make yourself Invincible, but still getting hit will void the Achievement

TIPS
+ Play the level beforehand and memorize it to remember what to do and where to go
+ Take your time. Enemies have a Radius before they are triggered and some won't move until they see you
+ Save frequently. Make sure to save in a safe area so if you do get hit, you can reload and continue

Low Tech
Earn the 'Low Tech' award

To earn this, you need to complete a level without picking up any weapons. Before loading into a level, you can toggle 'Intruder Mode'. This makes it so you only start with your Sickles and nothing else. Simply complete the level without picking up any weapons and you'll get this achievement.

NOTES
+ Any Cheats that give you weapons will disable the Achievement

E1M2 - Down On The Farm

E1M2 - Down On The Farm

1. Play through the Level as you normally would
2. When you reach the Shed that has the Red Key, near the back are some barrels. Behind it is a Switch.
3. Hit it, then pick up a Barrel and return to the Hedge Maze. Use the Barrel to climb up top and there should be a small clearing with a Hatch.
4. Open the hatch, hop down and walk through the cave until you reach a clearing.
5. Head left and exit the Level.

E2M4 - Internal Machine
E2M4
1. Again, play through the level as you normally would until you reach the end.
2. Make sure to pick up the Grenade Launcher and have some Ammo
3. Near the end, in the giant tunnel right before the Exit is a wall with a crack. Blow it up and enter it
4. When you exit, you'll be in a room with enemies. At the end is a Switch. Hit it then use the teleporter to return
5. When you return, a small vent that was closed will be open. Follow it until you reach a drop.
6. At the bottom is another crack in the floor. Blow it up and enter it.
7. Enter through a tunnel and exit the Level.

E3M4 - Crypt Of The Flesh
1. Again, play through the level as you normally would until you reach the end.
2. Near the staircase leading up is a small tunnel. Enter it to return to the start.
3. Hidden behind a wall is a Switch. Hit it to open up a wall.
4. Go through the wall and follow the stairs to a Red Door.
5. Enter it and you'll see a Restroom.
6. Hop on the toilet (On the bowl, not the tank) and hit flush and you'll fall into the Exit
NOTE: If you flush it before you hop on, wait for it to reset and try again

WALKTHROUGH
1. Locate the Secret Entrance to E1MS but instead of going left, go right to the Teleporter. Just before the Teleporter is a Basketball, pick it up and put it through the Teleporter
2. Teleport back to the farm house and carry the Basketball back to the House. On the right side of the House is a Hoop. Place / Throw the Basketball into the hoop to open a secret entrance
3. Jump down and the Achievement + Secret is yours!

WALKTHROUGH
1. This secret is right near the end, so play through the level as you normally would.
2. When you get to the giant Tunnel with the 3 Wendigos, slowly work your way to the Teleporter. Slowly step onto it.
3. You'll be teleported onto the very edge of a platform. Turn around, interact with the Art for your Achievement

WALKTHROUGH
1. Play through the level normally until you teleport to a room with a sign on the wall that reads 'THE PORTALS WORK. HE IS PLEASED'.
2. On that wall is a secret Wall. Open it and walk through the corridor until you encounter an open room
3. Near the giant pipes is a ladder. Climb the Ladder and at the top is Dopefish. Interact with it to get your Achievement

NOTES
- There are 2 Dopefish. Only this one will trigger the Achievement.

WALKTHROUGH
1. Play through the Level as you normally would until you get past the 'Small Intruder in a Giant World' section.
2. Once you reach the next area, there will be a Iron Cage Wall. At the far end of the wall is a Secret Wall that can be opened.
3. The secret is hidden behind a Destructible wall that can't be destroyed with Explosives. Instead locate the Bar of Soap (Refer to 'Don't Drop It' for all Soap Locations) and pick it up, then carry it and toss it at the wall to break it
4. Head through the wall and keep walking till you enter the Room

E1M9
Ghost Town

WALKTHROUGH
1. Once you start, head out of the alley and immediately turn left towards the two buildings
2. Head around back of the Grey building and climb up the ladder. On top is a Fork Maiden
3. Once on top, look towards the Brick Wall and jump onto it.
4. Once one it, hug the invisible wall and keep jumping until you hop through an invisible gap.
5. Once you are through the wall, face the (now invisible) Brick Wall, turn left and walk. Then turn right and walk down the alley and on your right should be bright, pink text on the ground. Interact to get your Achievement.

NOTE
- There are Multiple 'Go Away' messages, but only this one will count

True 100%
Earn the 'Completionist' award in every level

Don't Drop It
Pick up a bar of soap in each level

One of the most time consuming Achievements to get. There are a total of 33 Levels (30 Normal Levels, 3 Secret Levels) you need to earn the Completionist Award for and a Bar of Soap to pick up.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- You must pick up the Bar of Soap and complete the level for the game to count it as Collected
- You don't need to bring the Soap with you to the exit
- The game doesn't let you know if it has been picked up, so keep a mental reminder

As for a guide on Completionist, there are TOO many out there. I recommend you follow One Man Gaming's guide:

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Can be done on any difficulty
- Can be done with Cheats
- You must Find all Secrets AND Kill all enemies in the same run. You can't do both of them separately
- Enemies killed by other Enemies does count towards the Total

TIPS
- Press TAB to see your Kills and Secrets collected
- Most Enemies won't spawn until a Power-Up or Weapon is collected. So if you notice there are no Enemies, make sure to pick up a Power-Up you missed
- Enemies will slowly make their way to you, so be patient if you can't find them immediately

Frag your Friends
Open Duskworld

The easiest Achievement to get. You can either

a) Start Duskworld from the Launcher

b) Click on Duskworld from the main menu


Once you're in the Lobby, the Achievement will pop!

Spin 2 Win
Kill an enemy by spinning your weapons

IMPORTANT NOTES
+ Can be done on any level and difficulty
+ Can be done on any Enemy
+ You can weaken the enemy beforehand, but make sure the killing blow is a Reload
+ You can't use the Sickles or Sword

WALKTHROUGH
1. Pressing 'R' will cause you to spin your weapon. Get up close to an enemy and keep spinning your weapon at them.

TIPS
- You might be taking a few hits, so play on a lower difficulty to survive the blows

Sombody's Poisoned the Waterhole!
Neutralize Chomper

IMPORTANT NOTES
+ Can be done on any difficulty

WALKTHROUGH
1. Load up E3M3
2. Play through the level as normal until you get the red key
3. Enter up the castle with the red doors and hit the 2 buttons to open the Well and Home
4. Inside the Home is a Crystal
5. Carry it into the well and trigger the boss
6. Throw the Crystal at the Chomper and boom!

Telefragged
Telefrag the Guardian

IMPORTANT NOTES
+ Can be done on any difficulty

WALKTHROUGH

QUICK LESSON: Telefrag is a term used in Team Fortress 2. When you Teleport, any enemy that is going to use the Portal you're coming through will explode to death.

1. Load up E2M10
2. Spawn the Guardian
3. As soon as you do that, go back out the teleporter and enter the teleporter on the other side. Rinse and repeat
4. Eventually, you will spawn inside the Guardian and explode him

TIPS
- As soon as you enter the room, turn around and immediately go back out
- If you have the patience, you can time when he is about to enter

Intoxigated
Kill Intoxigator while intoxicated

IMPORTANT NOTES
+ Can be done on any difficulty
+ You can use any weapon
+ Make sure you are intoxicated, because intoxication will wear off

WALKTHROUGH
1. Load up E1M3
2. Play through as normal until you reach the Intoxigator
3. Near him are a bunch of beers
4. Quaff a bunch of beers until you're intoxicated (You'll know, because the Notification bar above will let you know)
5. Kill the intoxigator during this time
6. If it wears off, quaff some more beers (You'll know it has worn off, because the Notification bar will say "YOUR HEAD FEELS CLEARER"

TIPS
- Use the Assault Rifle to quickly kill him
- Make sure you are intoxicated, or else the achievement won't unlock
