YKZ bug fix(they got a random state in Texas)
Swords of Hayman rule(Requires either historical/random or Hayman in the Montana Chapter rules OR the player to play Montana Chapter and swap to Hayman. Please inform me if it doesn't work)
Montana Chapter change to Sisters of Steel Path.
Note: NER does not work without the Across the Caribbean mod currently.

Mod is good but you can't hear the Legion's voicelines and same happens with the NCR, it's bugged

Right now I'm using OWB, OWBE+, East Coast Rebirth, Rustbelt Rising, New England Rising, Fountain of Dreams, Monarchs and Margaritas, Across the Caribbean, Cuba, the ECR and Caribbean patch, and the OWBE+ submod tag fix.

@Angelblue1032 yeah i can have one or the other but not both or i crash with any nation. Do you use all the Old World Blues mods? Whats your load order look like?

Is anyone having issues with Enclave (Reformist) focus tree not boosting Power Armor Cap? My Special Forces is stuck at 70 and I've taken two focuses that said "Boosts your power armor cap".

Odd. Not sure what the issue could be. Granted there aren't many changes to the normal focus trees.
