Hello and welcome to Rise Trading Server, a 3-year old CS:GO trading server that has had its goal set on growing the trading community. Rise Trading is an established trade server that puts a strong emphasis on their player base and their trading experiences. The trading server was founded on October 31, 2018, by Aurora and CsGoat with the purpose of restoring trading to what it used to be. Although we have only been open for a year, we have a strong and loyal player base that has been growing over time. It comprises mainly of like-minded CS:GO traders and entrepreneurs with small to large inventories who gather to make profit while having fun, talking to others and hanging out.

Rise strives to set the standards of what trade servers should be, focusing on quality over quantity. Our staff are not only active but work around the clock to ensure the safety of traders. Although our staff can be strict, we understand that players do make mistakes and we try our best to be as tolerant as possible based on the situation. Not interested in trading? Well, there is plenty more that you can do through battling it out in our top-notch arena, backstabbing other opponents in the knife arena, jumping through our bhop area, climbing to the top in our KZ, or trying to beat the fastest time on our surf!

01• Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the owners at any time.

02• Do not argue with staff. Even if something “isn’t a rule,” and an admin tells you to stop doing what you’re doing, stop.

03• Do not disrespect staff and do not harass other players. The definition of “harassment” is up to the present admin(s) to decide.

04• Advertisements are 1st priority on the mic. Interruption of any kind will result in a mute.

05• Micspam and chat spam is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Copypastas, excessive chat advertisement binds, holding your mic down (even if there is no audio,) playing music, and ear rape.

06• No false advertising or impersonation of other users.

07• Do not advertise other websites, discord servers, community servers, etc. without staff permission.

08• Begging or asking for any type of items or services for free is prohibited.

09• Swearing is allowed, but the use of any racial slurs, omitting to them, or partially saying them is prohibited.

10• Abusing “!arena” will result in a gag and hacking in-game will result in a permanent ban.

11• You must have a public profile and inventory at all times while on the server. Refusing to make it public will result in a kick.

12• Steam items only unless you have been pre-approved for our cash trader role known as Trusted Trader. (no PayPal, Steam Wallet Cards, Crypto, etc.)

13• Scamming and sharking is strictly prohibited and anyone caught will be immediately banned.

14• Posting of any type of personal info will result in an immediate ban.

15• Posting of any slanderous messages/images towards other people/servers will result in a mute/ban.

DMing players on our server to avoid any of the above rules is also grounds for a permanent ban

So, you’ve joined our server, now how do you find people to trade with? To start, you want to advertise what item(s) you’re trading, for example, you may say in the text or voice chat “I’m looking to trade my M9 Bayonet Doppler for Y number of keys or a knife if you’re interested meet me in room X”. After you find a person that’s interested in trading for your item(s) ask them to meet you in one of our 20 voice-restricted trade rooms to further discuss the trade. If you have both agreed to trade your items to each other, find their steam profile and add them to get their trade link to send them the offer you both agreed on. If you followed these steps and finalized a trade, congratulations and feel free to stay on the server and talk to others and hang out while you wait for the 7-day cooldown to finish. Some helpful hints while trading is to use commands to see the other trader’s items (this will be discussed in the commands section), messaging the other individual with your offer for their item, which can be done if you hold tab, press on their name and press on the send message button and lastly, asking other traders for advice.

There are commands on the server which can help enhance your trading experience; they will be discussed below. Also, VIP’s gain additional commands which can assist them in various ways.

• !help – Displays all server text commands and what they do.
  
• !vip – Opens VIP menu where you can select text-chat color and set custom tags if you are VIP or if not view the available perks of VIP.
  
• !sk <player> – Switches knifes with that user (sends them a switchknife request).
  
• !sw <player> – Switches weapons with that user (sends them a switchweapon request).
  
• !sp <player> – Switches pistols with that user (sends them a switchpistol request).
  
• !sk, !sw, !sp – Opens up a menu with all the players on the server to send a request to them (useful for sending requests to players with different fonts in their name).
  
• !rk – Gives player their knife back (stands for reset knife).
  
• !guns – This brings up a menu where you can select what guns you want to equip.
  
• !teleport(s), !tps – This brings up a menu where you can choose where to teleport to.
• !A-T – Allows players to teleport outside of a specific trade room.
  
• !arena, !surf, !bhop, !knife, etc. – These commands will teleport you to the respected area, for example !bhop will take you to the bhop course.
  
• !invite <player> – Sends an invite request for a specified player to teleport to you.
  
• !request <player> – Sends an request to a specified player to teleport to them.
  
• !invite, !request – Opens up a menu with all the players on the server to send a request to them.
  
• /pmon – Enables private messaging (PM has to be enabled by both people in order to use it).
  
• /pm <#player> <message> – Sends a private message to a specified player on the server.
  
• !convert <currency> <amount> <currency> – Converts a price number from one currency to another.
  
• !currencylist – Displays 35 different currencies that you are supported in the currency converter plugin.
  
• !calc <math equation> – Can parse complex mathematical expressions.
  
• !tags – Opens the tag menu and shows you your allowed tags.
  
• !store – Opens the store.
  
• !credits – Displays your # of credits that you have available to use in !store.
  
• !inv – Allows player to see what items they own from !store.
  
• !comms – Allows the player to see if he/she received a mute/gag and for how long.
  
• /chat <message> – Sends a private message to the admins who are currently on the server.
  
• !tp – Puts the user in third person view mode.
  
• !mirror – Allows the user to see what they look like from other player's perspectives (useful for inspecting cosmetics that you equip from !store).

• !viproom – Teleports to VIP skybox with 4 seperate voice channel rooms.
  
• !420 – Teleports to secret room hidden on the map.
  
  
• !kzskip1 – Skips first kz pillar.
  
• !kzskip2 – Skips kz's bhop section.
  
• !kzskipend – Skips to the end of kz.
  
  
• !surfskip1 – Skips first level of surf.
  
• !surfskip2 – Skips second level of surf.
  
• !surfskip3 – Skips third level of surf.
  
• !surfskip4 – Skips fourth level of surf.
  
• !surfskip5 – Skips fifth level of surf.
  
• !surfend – Skips end of the surf.
  
  
• !bhopskip1 – Skips first level of bhop.
  
• !bhopskip2 – Skips second level of bhop.
  
• !bhopskip3 – Skips third level of bhop.
  
• !bhopskip4 – Skips fourth level of bhop.

• !bhopend – Skips end of bhop.

Did you violate one of our rules and get yourself banned? Well, fear not because you can appeal your ban and get a second chance on the server. Once you are ready and have learned from your past mistakes, head over to HERE and start a new discussion using the template below.

Include the following in your ban appeal

• Why were you banned?

• Why should you be unbanned?

• In what way can you prevent your previous actions (if applicable)?

• What qualities do you bring to our group?

Make a detailed ban appeal and put effort into it since your chances of getting unbanned may be increased. After submitting a ban appeal you’ll have to wait for admins to decide whether you should be unbanned, this process can take a couple of days to a week depending on the case.

If you want to keep our community clean and free from scammers and toxicity, you should consider submitting a report on them. While although our staff tries their best to be on 24/7 monitoring the server, we can't always be everywhere at one time. So as traders you can submit a report to get someone who is constantly violating the rules banned off the server. You can do this by gathering proof of the rule breaker in the form of screenshots or video and writing a reason why he should be banned in either opening a ticket in #report-a-user chat in the Discord[discordapp.com] or the steam group report-a-user discussions section.
