First of all, Scouting is very difficult and you will need to practice A LOT to
become a very good SSG 08 player.

The Scout is special and very different to all other wapons in the game.
The bigest advantage of the scout is it's high moving speed.
If used correctly the SSG 08 is a killing machine.

If you are not already playing in 4:3 or 5:4 you should definitely try it
because the enemy's models are much wider than in 16:9 or 16:10.
In the begining it's gonna look weird, but you will get used to it :)

Micro-Peeking with the scout is necessary and relevant for the scout
and must be learned at full extent.
What is a micro-peek: Micro-Peek is taking a glimpse of what's happening, for less than 1 second, to have an approximate image of where the enemy is.

As you surely know, you should always go for the head when using the SSG 08, but when it
comes the you muscle memory, you aim works best horizontal.
When you have good flicks and good muscle memory you should try edge-aiming.
Edge-aiming is very difficult to do, but when you have played long enough
with the same sensetivity, you gonna lern it pretty quick.

The advantages of egde-aiming are, that when a enemy is micro peeking you, he is directly on your crosshair... and death if you are fast enough :D

The second advantage is that when you use this method long enough, your muscle memory is getting trained even harder and you are gonna get an insane aimer.

The SSG 08 is a great weapon for noscopes, when you are in a situation where enemys are sorounding you, you should try some flick noscopes like in this video, its effective and looks awesome :D

Jumpscouting is hard, not because the shots are random mid air, no the scout has a 100% accuracy while jumping, but it's hard to find the right moment to shoot midair, here you can see the right moment to shoot:

But when you have mastered it, you should use it.
Because it is unexpected that you jump while fighting an enemy.
No one exects a flying sniper :D

The SSG 08 is not as good at wallbanging like an AWP, but you still
can land some sick shots trough cummon wallbanging spots as you can see here:
