I totally agree.

and its one of a few animated movies where the character close to the audience dies, another and the only example i can think of is Up! the rest are just like "oh no... he died.. SIKE HE ALIVE BIH"

Yeah the HTTYD movies are actually really deep and emotionals. It's actually something really unique and too rare in animated films nowadays, except from maybe some Pixar movies, and even then I never was really as moved than this saga. Epic.

this is far more than a masterpiece

I always have shivers when I watch this scene (or the whole movie actually lol). I don't know if it's from the music, but I love it.
