Into the Unknown
When you first start the game, you'll go through a few minutes of cinematics before boarding the space station. After that you'll get your first achievement.

Into the Unknown
Suspect: Aiden
Pick up the cylinder on the ground and put it on the slot to your left. After walking some more you'll see a blue orb (Audio Log 1) near some couches, activate it to listen to the crew. After that, explore the room some more until you find a panel with a blue handle and two yellow symbols. Open it and slide the circle along the path to unlock a door on your left side and go through it.

Go right up the steps and you'll see a display with some trees. Pick up the 2nd Audio Log that's nearby, then go back down the stairs. Go forward and right to reach a area that looks like a bar, there you'll find the 3rd Audio Log. Now, look to the right and you'll see some lockers. Two will have a orange panel with a grid of 3x3. Approach the one the leftmost one and input this pattern:

















The following achievement will unlock:

Go to the locker on the right with the orange panel and put the following pattern:

After opening the locker interact with the item on the bottom shelf to add it to your inventory. Then, head down the hall to your right. Follow the path to find the door to Aiden's room. Go inside and you'll see the 4th Audio Log. Explore a bit then exit to the room and head left to the Maintenance room.

The lights will turn on when you enter this room. On your left you'll see a workbench where you'll find a tool (looks like a gun). Pick it up and carry it to the other side of the room. Look for a brown and yellow poster that reads "Maintain order in the workplace", some blue cabinets will be next to it.

Approach the blue cabinet on the right and the tool will automatically insert itself. Now, you need three more tools to get the ID bracelet - the first one is on the ground near you, the second one is on a blue table in the center of the room and the third is to the left of a purple kiosk on the opposite side of the entrance door (on top of the table). After returning it, pick up the ID bracelet on top of the cabinet and it'll unlock this achievement:

Go up the stairs to the left and through the door on the left. Look left and you'll see the 5th Audio Log. Go back to the lower area and find a blue panel with a square white buttons. Interact with the button in the upper left (check image).








After the crate falls and breaks open on the floor head to the right side of the room and grab the purple magnet tool. Bring it to where the crate opened and pick some of the spilled objects with it (just point the purple tool at them and the ones you nedd will attach to it), now head back to where you got the tool and get close to the maintenance robot that's hanging there. When you get close, one of the objects will automatically attach to the robot.

Now go to othe side of the room and find a wall panel that you can open (similar to the one in the first room). Slide the node and turn the power off, head back to the panel with buttons and interact with the button shown in the image:








This will cause another crate to be pulled from the slot, open it and pick up one of the purple glowing objects. Bring the object to the robot and you'll get the following achievement:

Exit the room and go left down the hall. You'll see a door on your left that leads to the Dining room. Head inside to find the 6th and 7th Audio Logs. Go back to the hallway, enter the door on the left that reads Mila Lexa. Explore the lower part of the room and you'll find the 8th Audio Log. Go upstairs and grab her ID bracelet that's on a small table.
The following achievement will unlock:

Access Granted - Mila in The Station
Master Mechanic - Engineering in The Station
Go back to the hallway and turn left. Go through a door and you'll see the 9th Audio Log. Head through the door on the right that says "Medical", there you'll find the 10th Audio Log.

Then, go back to the hallway and enter the "Bridge" door. Pick up the 11th Audio Log. Now, slide the two sliders on the Emergency Lockdown panel and head downstairs make your way through the door and into a hallway. Turn right and head to the Conference room down the hall on the left. There, you'll find the 12th Audio Log. Pick up the item at the end of the long table under the hologram. Exit the room and go left to find the 13th Audio Log. Now, go to the nearby door that says "Science Wing" and pick up the 14th and 15th Audio Logs. Exit the room and go left to the other end of the hall there you'll see a locked door with a panel to it's right.

You guessed it, slide the two nodes on the panel to activate the airlock. Enter the door and grab the 16th Audio Log, go into the small room on the left and grab the canister with the yellow markings. Carry it across the hangar and through a door that leads to the engine room. In this room you'll find a large device holding six blue canisters and nearby you'll see a fuel cell calibration station. Put down the canister that you brought and remove the two empty canisters from the device. There should be another yellow canister nearby, pick either the one you brought or the newest one and place it in the fuel cell calibration station (right of the large machine). This will cause 10 buttons to appear on the panel. Press the buttons in the order indicated below and press Commit.









After the canister changes color pick it up and place it in the slot on the left side of the large machine. Pick up the remaining yellow canister and place it in the fuel calibration station. Press the buttons in the order indicated below and press Commit.









This canister will also turn blue. Pick it up and place it in the remaining slot in the large machine. Slide the three sliders on the console. Another achievement will unlock:

Access Granted - Silas in The Station | Puzzle Master in The Station
Turn around and pick up the 17th Audio Log. Go through the door on the opposite wall to the large machine and enter the door across the hall marked Silas Haze. Pick up the 18th Audio Log, go downstairs and find a locked door on the left. This door requires a combination like the ones on the first lockers. Input the following pattern:

















Enter the room and pick up the 19th Audio Log and take the ID bracelet from the small table. Two achievements will unlock:

Access Granted - Silas in The Station
Puzzle Master in The Station
Thorough Investigator in The Station
Return to the hallway and go into the door to your left. Go up a set of stairs and grab the 20th Audio Log. Then go back to the hallway and go back to the door to the Bridge. Go upstairs to the hallway and then go left. When you see a bright white room on the right enter it and grab the 21st Audio Log. Take the stairs down and into a darker room where you can find the 22nd Audio Log. Leave this room through the door that you have not yet been through (as opposed to the door that you came from) and you'll reach a hallway. Head left and you'll see a door on the right side that seems to have been forced open. Go through this door. You'll find a dead body and a trail of purple blood.

Follow the blood and it will lead you to a small room where you can grab the 23rd Audio Log, return to the hallway and keep following the trail. You will eventually reach the escape pods and the middle one will open. The 24th Audio Log will appear in the escape pod, so simply interact with it and the final cutscene will play. Thi will unlock an achievement:

Thorough Investigator in The Station
Mission Complete in The Station
As the final cutscene plays, the final achievement will unlock:

Mission Complete in The Station

it's important to note that the "audio log" achivement only unlocks when you exit the game, even if you collected them all & stay in the main menu.

it doesn't confirm it, while the game is running in my experience.
Only when I closed it, did it register to 100% completion.

im not sure but the logs might be tied to the main story. if you missed one at some point then you might not be able to get it unless you restart the game. i dont know if thats the case with this game but if you follow the guide as you play youll be able to attain everything

I finished the game but missed some logs, so I reloaded a save that's right before entering the upper lab. At that point, everything is still unlocked and no alarms are going off.

Went to where log nine should be, which if I am following this right, is straight through the bridge door before you turn right into medical. Not seeing any log there :(

Mila's pattern needs two pieces you find that are assembled in the inventory, in her quarters and ... on the bridge? or in the conference room?

@Lex:

To find out Aiden's locker pattern read the note on his desk device, then look at the pattern on a hammer.

To find pattern to access Silas bedroom first read the note near the door, then look at the books left of the window, between two parts of a split head statue, one is about revolution so use a pattern on that one.

As for Mila's pattern I missed that one.

You can get all the logs in explore mode except the last one (incident part 6) which tells the surprise ending because the escape pod door is closed. So you have to play the game to get all of them.
