Fairfield Terror - TRS No Mercy Remake

Descrizione
Fairfield Terror is a fan-made remake of Turtle Rock Studio's original No Mercy, the game studio that owned the rights for Left 4 Dead back in 2007/2008 before Valve took over the game. The original design of No Mercy featured a much darker atmosphere, had more detail, used brighter point lights, and in general, had a more realistic feel and environment, but most of the map layout stayed the same.

This official port adds the new L4D2 weapons, melees, and items. The campaign also has full Versus and Survival support. We suggest setting your brightness to very low for maximum SP00K!

NOTE: Due to being unable to upload the new update as a single VPK, this campaign has been split into two parts. Both parts are needed to play this campaign! Parts 1 and 2 will have conflicting mission files. This is normal and this error can be ignored.

i know almost nobody plays survival mode, but when i try playing this in the rooftop map, i just cant even enter the map, only shows a message saying "The requested campaign map is not available.", i have the part I and II installed.

@Sang The uzi when you start the first map of the fairfield campaign has a different/it's own texture, I was curious if it has it's own skin mod download...sorry If I didn't sound too informative

This remake of the No Mercy map is fantastic! I love the attention to detail; the changes are subtle enough to keep the original feel but offer just the right amount of new elements to explore. I didn’t encounter any conflicts as you mentioned. I only wish you could have remade all the campaigns, though I know that’s a lot to ask for a free release. Dark Parish is up next for me—I can’t wait to try it!

I really enjoyed the attention to detail and the visioned atmosphere of this remake. At the end of the day, you won't be getting that many new experiences from what is essentially still No Mercy, but there is clearly a lot of effort here, and it shows.

Hi, the conflict can be safely ignored. The mission file is present in both parts so there won't be any issues with the campaign loading in versus mode.
