Radiant Fragment of Miracles
Why is it important to have the title name nicely translated.
Firstly, title names are seen by people who are not playing the game. More people who are bilingual will compare side by side between the titles. I don't know is there any weeb who will play both Japanese and Chinese side by side and compare the meaning. But the title will.

Radiant Fragment of Miracles
ひびかけ色のキセキ
By following the translation of 裂色的奇迹 , the translation of Chinese is not off.
Just my limited knowledge on Japanese.
ひび is written in kana. Kana replace most kanji in the sentence as Japanese find that there are too many Chinese kanji and use kana to replace some kanji to make it easier for people to pronounce. Kana is the killer of most new translators other than some "classic prostitute accent" which may kill groups of experienced translators.
ひび can mean the Chinese character 日日 or day after day. It can also mean 罅 which means a crack, or fissure. ひびその茶碗 The cup has a crack. Honestly, I have been flipping my Japanese-Chinese dictionary for more than half an hour to get the right kanji.

かけ as in 欠け, the word 欠け (should usually be written in kanji, I'm just really bad at it.) means fragment or splinter. Well, I keep thinking of ひびが入 as cracking for some reason.

色 is in kanji, pretty straightforward.

の is a possessive term, mostly means 的. All weebs should know. Well, since you play this game, you should know right?

キセキ Kiseki, everyone heard of it before? What do you mean you never heard the song before.
"Ashita kyou yori mo suki ni nareru~
Afureru omoi ga tomaranai~"

ok, before going out of hand it's a song from.... erm, who again? A dentist?

So I pieced out the name as Radiant Fragment of Miracles. Honest. It's a really good sounding name as it turns out. Most names sound really bad after translation.

Example:
踢雪乌骓 (a horse in the novel Water Margin) is being translated by professional of professionals.
After it is translated, it becomes: Ebony Steed Which Treads In Snow.
TL, ED, PR, QC, Patcher - What do they do and what are the processes in a translation.
Translating this game will take 3 stages
  • 1, Translating,
  • 2, Proofreading,
  • 3, Quality checking,
Translators will be translating the game log from Chinese to English. The original game is in Japanese but due to the lack of available Japanese to English translators, I'll translate the game mainly from Chinese to English. The translation process just involves translating the text into the closest possible meaning of another language.

Sounds easy? However, translating a work does not end with the translator. The translated text will then enter the 2nd phrase - Proofreading.

Relationship between the proofreader and the translator is somewhat similar to the fork and spoon. Proofreaders are supposed to pick up mistakes the computer missed, whether it's spelling, grammar, or even sentence structure without changing a bit of the original text or meaning.

I sugest put the translation as a paid dlc - but with a symbolic price, If you dont't wish people to pay much for it. because I really would like to have this game in my library - even after unistalled!
