To put this blueprint into your park, you have to click the green "+ Subscribe" button and then when you open up your park, you go through the blueprints tab at the bottom, and just click and place it down as you would a normal ride or scenery piece. This blueprint includes both the ride and the scenery around it, so you don't need to place the ride down beforehand, as it's already part of the blueprint. Hope this helps! :)
