You simply have to buy the new house ( Huckster`s House) and go to the room which has the "Hamburberg" writing logo on the wall and then try to smash your sledgehammer against the DOOR, it will make a sound like "knock knock" and the achievement will unlock !!! Could work with other doors, too, try it :-D

To be honest: I first thought, you have to demolish the wall, but this was wrong :-((

i tried all doors that i can afford but did not earn it even tried hucksters house it didnt work

@HeadsetGirl Sorry this is late, I actually did end up getting it but forgot how, I may have uninstalled and verified my files? Not sure, but maybe try that.

Appreciate the guide but I still can't get this one. The hammer doesn't even touch the door. I've tried multiple times and every door, back and front, still nothing. Tried reloading as well.
