How to defeat Russia: turn Third Rome dlc on. Russia AI is absolute garbage with this DLC activated. Too many times I’ve seen a force limit of 200+ with the entire force limit consisting of nothing but Streltsy infantry in the late game and they don’t upgrade their forts much so a war with them is hilariously easy. Don’t ever ally them unless you’re that desperate. I don’t know how the AI behaves with the DLC turned off but they’re so bad with it on.
