The space elevator can get you free prefabs, the omega telescope is a global research increase (and that can still be worth it if you get the tech early, especially with randomized tech starts) and also gives you three breakthroughs, and artificial sun is obviously useful for tons of power by the time it's upgraded fully. The only "bad" wonder is the geoscape dome, and even then, it's useful as a tourist dome, especially if built near a vista. (And all wonders are great safari points.) Even if they aren't game-changing, the costs aren't a big deal by the time you unlock them all. They're only "bad" if you expect them to be game breaking just because they come last. They're like building a landmark - more a vanity project than necessarily pure utility.

Ridiculous, at most things in this game. Why cant you build the geospace dome more than once?? its not even bigger than the other domes, and its not really that special, even the breaktrhough oval dome is way better and can be built whenever the h3ck you want.. same with other wonders... why this game has become an idiotic experience due to failed gameplay mechanics and bugs everywhere escapes me. I used to love it lol.

If you ask me, the only wonders really worth it (if you're poor) are the Mohole Mine and the Excavator, as Metals, Rare Metals, and Concrete can be made infinitely from them.
