The mod doesn't seem to be working. The weeping angels aren't spawning. :(

There seems to be a problem for me where me and my friends can't activate the weeping angel so to say. Whenever we shoot someone with it, the angel doesn't spawn and the message doesn't appear. I've installed the original mod and this one. I don't know if there is some kind of command i'm missing? but there doesn't seem to be any errors on the log

Looking back at my previous post, I can see how the insignia part would be tricky to implement so there are some other ways the gun could be improved upon. The simplest would be to give the gun more ammunition (around 4 shots total) but an additional possibility would be to make it so that after a shot from the gun hits a player the shooter automatically switches back to the last gun that they were holding/using to better hide the fact that they were to one who shot (similar to how a person who kills a player with a knife switches back to their last held gun). The insignia thing would still be cool (although I now think that it should be gotten rid of by having a flashlight shone on it for 3 seconds instead of a discombobulator) but I still understand if you'd rather not implement it/are not able to. Sorry for such a late response, I've just been occupied with college stuff until this point. Thank you so much for listening to my feedback and even updating the mod based off it, I really appreciate it.
The extra bullet and zoom have worked wonders toward making the gun better to use as now it is easier to shoot a target from afar, (and they can't just look to see who's near them with a pistol to figure out who shot them) and the extra bullet allows for an additional shot in case I miss or even to hit another target. Thanks to your work I can now instill even more fear than before among my friends and it's been a blast.

Doesn't seem to work anymore, tried it with my friends and it didn't hit once. I shot them from faraway and close. As well had them stand still so I could test it still didn't work.
