This is my first ever walkthrough so if you notice any mistakes please let me know.

There are 4 types of Endings in this game: Good, Unrequited, Bad and Game Over. To my understanding there are one of Good, Unrequited and Bad in each route and multiple Game Overs apart from Common and Kazama's.

You get two achievements for each characters route, one for starting the route and one for getting the Good Ending. You get one achievement for getting all Game Overs, one for all Bad Endings and one for all Unrequited Endings. You also get an achievement for starting common route (ie. Yukimura route) and one for finishing it. You get an achievement for starting Hijikata, Okita, Saito, Toudou, Harada and Kazama's routes (the original 6 romanceable characters), one for Nagakura, Sanan and Yamazaki (the rest of Shinsengumi powerhouses) and one for Iba, Souma and Sakamoto's (the rest).

You also get an achievement for getting all Ending movies (Individual Good Endings and communal Unrequited Ending) and one for getting all Event CGs. There is also an achievement for getting all Encyclopedia Terms.
