Описание
This mod alters the effect of an alliance between clans. In a vanilla game, an alliance starts at +100 rep and degrades to 40 over time. This mod changes that effect, so that alliance starts at +40 and slowly builds to +200 reputation.

The goal of this mod is that forging an early, lasting alliance will build into a positive reputation (+200) that can offset the maximum realm divide penalty (-200), allowing you to keep allies through Realm Divide.

Realm Divide itself is not changed by this mod, and this mod should be compatible with other mods that do change Realm Divide.

KNOWN ISSUES

This mod does not apply to marriages/alliances/vassals in place at the start of a new game. Nor does it apply to diplomatic arrangements you have in a saved game before installing this mod. Those will continue to degrade in accordance with Shogun 2 vanilla behavior.

Update 23 Feb, 2014: Since the "expanded Japan" mod includes a diplomacy table, this mod's changes will be overwritten by that mod, making the two incompatible. The game won't crash, but this mod will not have any net effect.

Sure like to bee able to make any Han to a Vassal Han at any time... Would make the game more fun and true.

Would you be able to offer a version that's compatible with the Expanded Japan mod? One that's both of them? Or maybe share the source for this mod so we can add it in ourselves?

For some reason I get a "failed to download" notification for this one in the shogun mod manager. Any idea why that would be?

this is hit and miss, still ai randomly betray you even when very friendly and 10yr alliance, even without devide

So it doesnt affect all clans at the start of a new game? What if you wage war and then make peace, trade etc...will the relationship still not improve to the mods values?

Yeah, it must have been a patch, I'm not running Expanded Japan. I don't suppose you could repack it for us folks replaying Shogun 2? Try as I might, I can't find another mod that just adjusts diplomatic values and doesn't also change a ton of other stuff, and my attempts at modding the values myself have been laughably clueless.

I haven't maintained the mod in a while, so it might have been rendered incompatible by a patch. Do please note the above disclaimer: if you are using Expanded Japan or the Korean lands mods (by uanime) then this mod will not have any net effect.

Added your mod and for some reason, it doesn't work. Haven't done anything else to the diplomacy settings or added any other real mods, except one removing Realm Divide. Weird!
