Mirage guide for dummies

T-SIDE
Timings
T -> Top mid: 7.6-8 seconds.
T -> B-Aps: 12-12.5 seconds.
T -> Underpass: 12.7-13 seconds.
T -> Ramp: 8-8.5 seconds.
T -> Palace: 9.7-10 seconds.
T -> Connector: 12.4-13 seconds.
Pistol Rounds
In T side pistol rounds it is important to take close angles where you can effectively use the glocks spammability. I have two recommendations for strategy in T side pistols.

A site pistol take:

Buy: 3x Kevlar / 2x Nade sets(smokes and flashes)
Strat:
  • Firstly, send all three kevlar players into palace and have them sit at the end ready to push the site on the smokes blooming.
  • Meanwhile, the ramp players with nade sets will aline smokes for jungle and stairs.
  • When the smokes are thrown the ramp player will flash over stair into jungle from ramp to prevent pushes through the smoke.
  • Palace players push out, clear site and plant for ramp or ct.



B site pistol take:

Buy: 3x Kevlar / 2x Nade sets(smokes and flashes)
Strat:
  • Firstly, one player smokes top cat from T spawn and goes top mid with flashes to bait a rotate up short.
  • Remain 4 players go B and wait for call that one has pushed up short
  • Upon that call being made the second player smokes close short(get_right) and B players push
  • Mid player can either prevent short rotates or push cat
Defaults
Fnatic - Default

Strat:
  • 2x Palace: One holds for push while the other advances.
  • 1x Ramp
  • 1x Mid
  • 1x Aps / Underpass
  • Hold for pushes then turn into execute depending on scenario.


My - Default

Strat:
  • 2x Mid
  • 1x Ramp
  • 1x Palace
  • 1x Aps / Underpass
  • This default counters Mid aggression form CT's
  • Hold for pushes then turn into execute depending on scenario.


My - Default - Mid Control

Strat:
  • 2x Mid
  • 1x Ramp
  • 1x Aps
  • 1x Underpass
  • Two mid players smoke top cat and maybe window.
  • This default is to take Mid Control to bait rotates of A or B
  • We would then execute based off the CT's rotates and response.

Executes
Fallen - A - Wall Of Smokes

Buy: 5x Smokes / 2x Molotovs
Strat:
  • 4 Ramp / 1 Palace
  • Ramp players line up four smokes: Stair, Jungle, Front Triple, Back Triple.
  • Palace player lines up Front default/Under balcony smoke.
  • When every one is ready throw smokes and prepare two moli's.
  • Palace player moli's under and Front Triple smoker moli's sandwiche from same position.
  • Push and plane bomb in front triple smoke for Ramp post plant.


My - A split - Wall Of Smokes

Buy: 4x Smokes / 3x Molotovs
Strat:
  • 2 Ramp / 1 Palace / 2 Underpass
  • A players set up wall of smokes: Back Triple, Front Triple, Front Default
  • When Underpass players are ready A smokes are thrown.
  • The Front Triple smoker moli's sandwiche and Palace player moli's under balcony
  • Underpass players smoke short and moli window.
  • The under players can either boost into window or rush through connector.


My - A - Standard

Buy: 3x Smokes / 2x Molotovs
Strat:
  • 3 Ramp / 2 Palace
  • Ramp players smoke: Jungle, Stair, CT.
  • Palace players: One pop flashes other moli's under.
  • Ramp player moli's sandwiche
  • Clear default and triple being aware of pushes through smoke.


C9 - A Split - Fast

Buy: 4 x Smokes
Strat:
  • 3x Mid / 2x Ramp
  • 2x Mid players smoke Window and Top Cat from T spawn
  • 2x Mid players run straight down to connector after final mid player smokes short and is watching short push to trade.
  • The two A players smoke Deep Jungle and CT to make the Connector push easier.
  • Pinsor site


My - B - Wall Of Smokes

Buy: 3x Smokes / 2x Molotovs / 1x Flash
Strat:
  • 4x Aps / 1x Lurk
  • Aps players smoke: Between Short & Site, Between Two Back Pillars, Between Wall and Site.
  • 1x Aps player does Aps Pop Flash.
  • 2x Aps players do Wall and Van Moli's.
  • All dive out window.


VP - A - Fake B

Buy: 3x Smokes/ 3x Flash
Strat:
  • 3x Aps / 2x Palace(With Bomb)
  • Throw B smokes: Wall Smoke, Both Sides Of Short.
  • 2x Rotate through T spawn 1x Push B with flashes to sell fake.
  • Palace players push 5-10 seconds after B smokes are thrown.
  • Hopefully should only be one player anchoring A site.


LG - B - Short Punish

Buy: 4x Smokes / 2x Flashes
Strat:
  • 4x Aps / 1x Mid
  • 1x Aps player throws Top Cat smoke at round start allowing Mid player to cross to Mid boxes.
  • From here the mid player smokes window in an attempt to force a CT player to rotate up short.
  • If this happens 2x Aps players smoke Both sides of short
  • The smokes are then followed by two 2x flashes: 1x Over aps, 1x Through First Window.


EnVy - A Split - AWP

Buy: 4x Smokes / 1x AWP
Strat:
  • 3x Ramp / 1x Mid / 1x Underpass
  • Under player smokes Top Cat at round start
  • Mid player crosses to boxes and gets ready to smoke short for under player.
  • When Under player the A smokes are thrown: Deep Jungle, CT, Front Triple.
  • At the same time Short is smoked the Under player proceeds to push connector.
  • AWP player holds top mid for Short rotates.
  • Bomb should be planted for the mid player to view it from Connector or Short.

When throwing this smoke follow the visual guide to line up your crosshair. Once completed take one step forward and throw(Run and Throw).
Jungle
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.
Stairs
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

Deep Jungle
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

Front Default
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

Front Triple
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.


Back Triple
Follow the visual guide to line up the smoke then take two steps and throw (Run and Throw).

Top Balcony
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

MIDDLE
Window - T Spawn
When throwing this smoke follow the visual guide to line up your crosshair. Once completed hold A and jump throw when your crosshair hits the fence (in the visual guide this is pointed out by a green line).
Window - Top Middle
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.
Cat
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

Short
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.
Connector
Stand on the raised ground and line up with the drain on the wall. Line your crosshair to the right of the antenna and throw (Shown in visual guide).


Short - Underpass
When throwing this smoke follow the visual guide to line up your crosshair. Run forward and throw the smoke when you crosshair alines with the top of the drain pipe to the right of your crosshair.
B-SITE
Back Pillars
Follow the visual guide and jump throw.
Get_Right
Follow the visual guide and while crouching, jump throw.
Right Pillars
Follow the visual guide and once crosshair was aligned jump throw.
f0rest
Follow the visual guide and once your crosshair is aligned throw normally.
Door Smoke
Follow the visual guide and once your crosshair is aligned run forward until your is at the level illustrated in the visual guide and throw.
Wall
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.
Right Short
Line up the wooden post infront of you where the first image shows you to stand. Look down and move forward/backward until your crosshair is aligned with the raised platform on the right of your screen. Once you have aligned you crosshair as shown in the third image, run backwards and throw. This will take practice.
Deep Short
Follow the visual guide and throw normally.

10/10 Wont be smoking ramp anymore on T side <3
