Your wonder turns into a captial that you can research governments from starting in the feudal age
You can research sorcery instead of chemistry, allowing access to the Wizard unit and a tech tree for upgrading them and other effects
Taxation system makes wars of attrition longer - fully upgraded tax at max population gives 100+ gold per minute
Civs like Celts, Vikings, Goths, and Magyars can train wolves.
Future techs that cost a fortune but return immense bonuses at your capital when two governments have been researched


Patch 1 Bug fixes: Generals now works, as it previously had the same effect as Banditry
The lockout system for future techs is now more refined and has less errors. Picking Theocracy in revolution now gives you theocracy instead of Democracy
