Radious Total War Mod - Warhammer 2 - Stronger Veterans

Overview - I've always enjoyed levelling up units in total war games. The idea that the experience of past battles could make a unit strong enough to face and defeat higher tier units was something I enjoyed. This submod makes veteran units even more powerful to enhance that feeling of experienced units dominating the battlefield

Our mods take hundreds of hours, and with your precious feedback and support, Team Radious will continue to bring you some of the highest quality mods on Steam Workshop.

Complete game overhaul mod, which offers to players big changes in campaign AI, diplomacy, land battles, reworking abilities, spells, magic, changes buildings, re-balances all unit stats and costs, reworks experience system and much more with additions of custom made units for all in game factions.



Our work got into hands of many players, so all who previously played anything from Radious collection know exactly what to expect. Rebalanced, reworked, polished and enhanced original game based on same setting with tons of highest quality custom made units and further additions and content. To offer more variety and options how to play your favourite TW games.

Mod requires you to also have - Radious Total War Mod - Part 2 and Radious Total War Mod - Part 1

Updated - 23.01.2021:

- slightly more balanced bonuses per rank
- increased exp requirements for each rank by 10%
- overall stronger veterans then in base Radious mod, but not over the top anymore in some cases

Really enjoying this mod so far, alongside the ROR rebalance mod. I do have a question though, is there a way we could see a comparison between your veteran changes and the normal Radious values? I'm curious just how much they are tweaked.

Also, how largely does this affect auto-resolve battles? I've had some T5 high experienced armies go up against the same Chaos counterparts in like 3v1 battles, being highly outnumbered and outgunned, but the auto-resolve was waaaaaaaaaayy in my favor. However, if I fight the battles manually, they seem to be a bit more balanced and even when I win, it's not like I unrealistically steamrolled a massive chaos horde that was also full of T4 and T5 units lol. However, if I was to auto-resolve all of my battles, I would just utterly wreck dozens of hordes with one army.

Doesn't seem like it makes sense but I'm just curious. I don't have anything else that would affect units balances and auto-resolves. Thanks!

One thing I always found regretable was that with this mod regiments of renown are practically worthless since they cant level. Does anyone know a good up to date mod that can fix that thats compatible with this or if radious will add that to this mod?
