Introduction
This Guide will provide you with helpfull informations, how to farm fast EXP to help you reaching Tier1.
  • after each Mission you finished, the missions EXP will cut by half, each time you finish it
  • after each Tier-Levelup, the EXP for the Missions will reset to its normal value again
  • the missions are listed by EXP per hour, so the fastest mission logically gives the most EXP per hour
  • you can help me to make this guide better if you leave some faster and better solutions in the comments... i might create a new video, based on your hints

WARNING: THERE IS A BUG, WHAT CAN PREVENT THE GAME FROM RESETTING THE MISSION EXP AFTER YOU CLICKED ON THE TIER LEVELUP BUTTON!!

The only working Solution for that bug and to prevent the game from not resetting the EXP is:
  • quit the game and completely restart the game
  • create a new singleplayer lobby and make sure you stay alone and you are not getting attacked
  • go to your Tier1 tab
  • click on "Tier Level Up"
  • do something ingame, like drone mark or kill one enemy, so the game has to save your progress
  • after you saw the save symbol in the downright corner, go back to main menu
  • rejoin your friends in Multiplayer or play on solo
  • even this method can sometimes glitch out and not work
  • IF YOU STILL GOT THE BUG, USE MY ALTERNATIVE EXP FARMING METHOD DOWN BELOW

A quick way for a good amount of XP is to get yourself a missile-armed helo, and do the three sub missions in Caimanes as well as the three plane missions in Inca Camina. Fly in, blow the targets up, fly to next mission. The two blow-stuff-up missions in Remanzo might work as well, if the missiles hit close enough to the targets that the splash damage gets them; it seems to pass through walls.

After some reqests form poeple who still live in medieval villages with low internet bandwith, i created a text-only-version...

  • 1. The Convoi | KOANI
    • equip your strongest sniper rifle
    • start the mission The Convoi in Koani
    • fast port yourself to Koani Charlie
    • shoot the convoi with sniper rifle
    • if anything is unclear, please watch the relating video

  • 2. La Cabra | INCA CAMINA
    • equip your explosive drone
    • start the mission La Cabra in Inca Camina
    • port yourself to Nuevo Mondo
    • use the car at the spawn point to drive 200m close to Nuevo Mondo
    • exit the car and use your explosive drone to kill the two targets
    • if anything is unclear, please watch the relating video

  • 3. The Advisor | ESPIRITU SANTO
    • equip your explosive drone
    • start the mission The Advisor in Espiritu Santo
    • port yourself to Esperitu Santo Alpha
    • use the Helicopter to fly to the brown way infront of the target chapel
    • land, exit the heli and use your explosive drone to kill the target
    • if anything is unclear, please watch the relating video

  • 4. Gabriela | MOJOCOYO
    • start the mission Gabriela in Mojocoyo
    • port yourself to Panua Village
    • Rebeldrop yourself a vehicle, i recommend the Helicopter
    • drive/fly to chapel at target location, confront her and make her enter your vehicle
    • to destroy the stonewall infront the chapel might help to extract her faster
    • drive/fly fast to the marked location and enter the building
    • if anything is unclear, please watch the relating video

  • 5. The Truck Depot | KOANI
    • start the mission The Truck Depot in Koani
    • port yourself to Huertas
    • move to the target area by foot
    • use a signal pistol to lure the enemies out of the building
    • sneak into the building via the side entrance and gather the data
    • sneak out of the building and jump over the ramp on the wall of the enemy base

I've read from multiple sources, that if you complete any mission after level up and quit after that, it will prevent mission exp reward bug from happening. I've never experienced it after doing it like that with two different Tier level 01 chars, I only used that method below level 10.

hope this thread wasn't dead yet but La Cabra mission might work, just scan the area using drone or rebel spotting support, mark both target for sync shot and when they got lock just give the mark to kill them

*Thank you* for the text versions. Some people process text faster than a video, and can usually fill in blanks by themselves.

Laboratory 1 ,VILLA VERDE

Just use the emp drone and fly near the alarm tower and blow it off the mission will complete.

viper, all missions give the same amount of EXP and they are sorted from low time consume to high time consume. on the right side of the steam guide you can see the list already sorted out.
