"New Tattoos, top two are after removing the bandage and putting on tattoo goo. Bottom is minutes after getting it done, bands and quote are around 4 days old in the bottom picture and still peeling. All pictures were taken in a mirror so they're backwards. This is on my right arm.

The quote says "Flectere si nequeo superos, Acheronta movebo" which means "If I cannot move Heaven, I will raise Hell". It's from Virgil - Aeneid.
