Opis
As the last man standing, your inner "Kaz" speaks to you.

All rights and credits goes to the people who created Metal Gear Solid: Phantom Pain. I merely just converted two audio files, from MGS5, into an OGG to replace one of the sound files in Insurgency. Michael Pride made the video that only shows the main meme of the MGS5 trailer

If the audio keeps on playing, I would suggest you to type snd_restart in the console

i want to use this but it literally is so loud that i can't actually hear enemies and i die. 8/10 for the meme.

@Dad? Ingame? You should be able to hear it as soon as you become the last man standing. If you dont hear it even after that, I suggest you to type snd_restart in the console.
