A species of once livestock pigs were given a special drug by the miniknog which made them sentient. They then began an uprising and reproduced to create a race of pigmen. That race is the pyg.

The pyg's life is based around agriculture and farmlife. Whether they are raising mooshi or growing carrots, the pyg love doing it. Their homes are commonly built from painted bricks and wood. Unlike normal pigs, they are herbivores. Apex speculate after becoming sentient they realised eating bugs wasn't very tasty.

From their creation some of their genes were messed up. This has caused some oddities in their behaviour and appearance from normal pigs. This is most evident in females. Females seem to have purple back hooves and blue eyes. Females have also lost their udders. The pyg don't make the noise 'oink' unless in distress. Rather they say the word. They have lost all will to eat bugs and reptiles, along with other meats. The apex seem to have inspired the pyg to study genetics and use that knowledge to create animal and plant mutations.

WARNING: You must have a certain degree of patience, because most of the pyg's gear is from farming, meaning it will take time! Some higher tier crops and animals may take longer to produce as you advance. Be warned!

Known issues:

Pearl plate axe isn't compatible with this mod: http://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=817468961&searchtext=aim . It causes axe to become stuck in the air.

SAIL affects all races.

Fun facts:

The pyg are based off of my experience in a game called Death Road to Canada with the pig NPC. That game provided much inspiration for this mod. (I may have used the head animations from it as well)

The pyg don't appreciate fine literature.

The SAIL is actually a big ape surveliance system. Don't let the snout fool you!
