Basic Starting Guide (WiP)
Av [nss] Sni-purr
The in game help is kinda terrible since it only uses pictures with arrows and doesn't elaborate on anything so I thought I would make a quick guide as I play the game. This is a work in progress so sorry if it isn't too pretty.

Colors
Each tile corresponds to either a character or a powerup for your group.

BLUE = BLONDE
YELLOW = BRUNETTE
RED = MAN
GREEN = HEALTH
PURPLE = XP

Characters
Each character has different stats.
The MAN has a highest ATTACK and highest HP. He HEALS the second most
The BLONDE has high HP but the weakest ATTACK. She HEALS the least.
The BRUNETTE has the lowest HP but the second highest ATTACK. She HEALS the most.

At the top of each portrait are 2 numbers.
The first number next to the sword is how much you do with each set of 3s you match.
The number next to the cross is how much you heal when you match a set of 3 GREEN.
Combat
Your attacker character is whatever portrait is in the 3rd spot (closest to zombies) you do damage by matching that color to atleast 3 blocks of the same color. You also get XP for that character each time. Each additional block matched after the 3rd gives you another hit on the enemy so i you match 4 you will attack x2.

Zombies will only attack this character as they are in the front line and when they die your team dies so watch your HEALTH bar.

When you match blocks that aren't your attackers color that color's character receives XP instead. So if you match 3 RED to make the MAN attack and it also clears 3 BLUE the BLONDE will also receive XP.
Debuffs
When a zombie attacks you and they are holding a weapon they will debuff your character. Depending on the weapon the effect will be different.

A zombie wielding a CLUB will STUN you.
A character stunned will have a picture of an X-rayed skull on their portrait. This character cannot attack the next turn so switch them out.

A zombie wielding a BLADE will CUT/BLEED you.
When a character is CUT/BLEEDING they will have a negative number under their portrait card and will lose that much HEALTH each turn unless you match 3 GREEN.
Each time a zombie attacks they also regenerate a bit of their own HEALTH.

If the zombie is holding a NET it will ENTANGLE you.
If you're entangled you miss your turn until you match 3 of the ENTANGLED characters colors.

In the second campaign on the Party Boat/Yacht/Booze Cruise whatever you want to call it you will encounter zombies wielding both CLUB and NET so each attack from them will STUN and ENTANGLE you. You need to move that character out immediately and try to untangle it and attack with your freshly moved character immediately with a combo.
Healing and Leveling
When you level your characters HEALTH will be fully recovered.

Matching 3 or more GREEN will heal your characters. Each have their own rates that they heal.

Matching 3 or more PURPLE will give your characters XP. When they level up their STATS change and are visible by double clicking on their portrait.

XP and levels save as you continue onto the next stages.
Conclusion
Hope this helps, its my first guide so its probably not the nicest looking guide out there but I was just trying to get some information out there to help out other players that want to focus more on the matching aspect of the puzzle game rather than the puzzle that is the in-game help.

One other thing to note: it seems like the "Baby"/"Adult" image you select at the start of your save file is the difficulty selection screen. On the "Baby" mode, the blocks come down in much bigger patterns (as in, multiple match-4s or match-5s available on almost every starting screen), while on the "Adult" mode, it's almost random, which makes it tougher to deal with the zombies before they eventually kill one of the 3 characters (since the healing may or may not be weaker on the "Adult" mode).

Thanks a lot for the guide! Played it 5 years ago, had no idea what I did to get some of the achievements and then stopped halfway, decided to come back in again to complete it and your explanation helped for the remaining achievements! An award coming your way! :GGyup:

I have no idea what clicking on any block means or does. I click them at random and some of them disappear and the others fall down, but I have no idea why some move and others do not. Tried clicking on two of the same type. Tried clicking on a heart and a "person" block. Tried clicking on a "person" and an arrow. Got no idea what the hell I'm doing or what anything does. I'm guessing that you want the blocks to fall and line up together but I have no idea how to make any blocks move and when they do it seems to be because of random clicks on random blocks.
