Fixed for GM13, by me.
Not originally my work.

Tweaks:
New Tooltip (Type "weight_use_oldtooltip 1" without quotes into the console to use the old tooltip. If you don't like the tweaks I made to the old tooltip, please complain. I don't think it's too big of a change, but people may not like it.)

Fixes:
Fix CreateFont argument error.
Fix to use new net Library

I remember requesting this swep on the FP forums over a decade ago, someone made it and released it in less than a day. I wonder if this is derivative of that one?
