Universalism- The Sanctum

Update 10/12/2014

As it is apparent I may not be able to work on this MOD for some time I am Giveing Full permission for other modders to use this as a Base for other Mods.

This does however come with a Condition, You must Cite My Steam name and give credit for it, as well as include my other Universalism Mods in the Mod package on your page Containing the mod that Uses this as a Base.

Under Construction - The mod is playable, however as I said it's under construction it is simply so massive I needed to upload it to steam in order to back it up.

* Fixed several bugs that were reported


I am currently working on:

* The Exteriors. (Design and placement of main districts and their purposes)
* The Districts (Creation addition, and testing ideals).
* Navmeshing

Current Districts include:

Market District
Castle
Docks District
Living areas
Cathedral District

Districts to be added (Possibly):

Quarry - (Area with all types of ores)
Garden District - (Just a georgous area, may have some function, havn't decided yet. May add a Dragon Aviary and some quests)
Military Quarter - (Combat, Arms and Armor, Military Faction quests etc)
Dark Brotherhood / Thieves Guild expansion areas (Though I may put this in a seperate mod)

Feel free to head north of Winterhold College and search for it, It's huge so you shouldn't be able to miss it....

leave comments and ideas for additions while I am building it if you like :).

* You can now enter the Sanctum via the Main gate.
* Navmeshing in "current" main areas completed
* Wrold creation for the Sanctum itself completed.

Udpate Version .32

* Fixed some Issues with armor and the Snow elf race.
* Added several Guards to the Main Sanctum gate... Attack them at your own risk.....

Update Version 0.30

NOTE: THIS IS A LORE UPDATE! This update follows TES lore for this Race!

Added Snow Elf Race (Fully Functional and playable, I will need to fix the femal textures to a paler more glowy white later, as well as fix the presets (I am curently useing High elf presets with pale white skin for the females (The male presets are based on the Snow elfs in game, I will change all these later to be custom). THis race specializes in Magic, Archery, and 2 Handed weapons (As per Lore).

* Illusion - 20
* Alteration - 20
* Conjuration - 20
* Destruction - 20
* Restoration - 20
* Archery - 15
* 2 Handed - 15

Special Abilities:

* Gift of Aether - Ability perminent
- Fortifies Magicka by 100
- Fortifies Magicka regin (2)

* Aether Infusion - Power
- Fortifies Des, Restor, Conj, Illu, Alt, by 25 for 2 minuets
- Increases magic regin by 25 per second for 2 minuets
- Restores 1000 Health
