Polish Empire (Pilsudski)

Pilsudski replaces Sobieski. To make it work, you need to activate Polish Empire (Sobieski) first:

Mod introduces new unit class - Insurgents, available after the discovery of Radio. Insurgent is a cheap and rather weak unit based on Infantry (useful only when situation is critical).

Polish Civilization (Pilsudski) main features:

- trait: Miracle at the Vistula (armies are stronger when defending the country)
- special unit "Polish Uhlans" replacing Cavalry
- special unit "Polish Insurgents" replacing regular Insurgents. Polish Insurgents have extra ability (promotion "Uprising") that allow them to spawn when the city is lost (it is ruled in fact by some probability factor, number of cities, current number of units etc.) Moreover, Polish Insurgents might appear (due to uprising only) right after the discovery of gunpowder (with different stats and unit-art of course).
