I'm 42 yrs old now. I've Been a heavy addict since I was 16, 3 years ago, I Lost my wife and daughter because of heavy porn use . The guilt almost killed me, so I said enough and decided to escape from this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I read a ton of books (the best one was "Befapless" because it had the most realistic steps for quitting), joined communities(like "r/nofap"), and gave it all to quit.

I'm clean for 3 years now. I feel regret every day about the time that passed.
I wasted my life. I wish I hadn't. God, I wish I hadn't.
