If you enjoyed the first Life is Strange game, I really feel like you will enjoy True Colors. This story is not set in the PNW as all the other past games are, but it is in Colorado, Haven Springs. It feels very nostalgic to us fans because the area looks so much like the PNW. You navigate Alex Chen's life as an empath and experience making choices. As someone who also considers themselves an empath, a lot of what Alex goes through is relatable. Alex is a big hearted soul who wants to do right by the people around her, and in this story we get to dive into how she became an empath and where her psychic powers originated from. Those of you who maybe aren't as empathetic may learn a lot about emotions and empathy while playing. I definitely found myself crying during some moments and felt connected to Alex more than any other Life is Strange series character. This game is gorgeous. I found every scene to be art. The record store is beautiful and the scenery outdoors was comfy. This has to be my favorite release by Deck Nine so far. If you were looking for a sign to buy this game, this is it.

I bought this game not truly understanding how this game could analyze my personality with just my actions, but it sure did. The "doctor" measured my personality with the choices I made while playing which includes where I move first, what I decide to touch or click on and how many times. Even the directions I made were analyzed for example the different floors you can visit on the elevator. I have never came across a game that so uniquely literally builds your personality, but you can build on to it more and also compare your personalities to other players. I felt like my first play-through was accurate to my personality and can't wait to play some more. I'm learning more about myself and self reflecting and just for $7.99? What a deal! Also, if you like easter eggs (spoiler kinda) you can find an easter egg from 7 Days to End with You in the cafe.I haven't played that game yet, but the easter egg is a reference to another game the developer's worked on.

A much needed break from Dead by Daylight, but if you want to level up your skill tree, good luck. You barely get any XP even after escaping. This game is a game of chance sometimes! You either escape in a few mins right at the start of the game or you die over something stupid like your tool breaking on the exit gate to leave.

I think this social VR platform is a great preview of where VR can take you. My favorite aspect is world hopping. VRChat creators upload worlds they spent time crafting and help give us this immersive experience by letting us go quite literally anywhere. You want to go to the aquarium? Visit a cyberpunk city? Go to a cozy cafe located in France? Well, you get to do that all within the comfort of your own room. There are even games you can play with friends like the infamous backrooms or you can chill in movie worlds and watch thousands of movies for free. Maybe you are a party goer and want to hit up raves? or do you have a talent and want to perform at a talent show? There is always something to do! Not only is this possible, but you may meet great people along the way. Some people have even experienced long lasting connections because of this one thing we all came together for and that is VR. Now, these are some pros, but let's look at one of the biggest cons.

There is no real moderation in game and I hope this is implemented sooner rather than later. If you are an adult, I recommend joining PC worlds/investing in a PC so your chances of being around other adults is higher. I do not recommend this free to play to anyone under 18, but if you do choose to join this community, please stay safe. There are a lot of people who like to hide behind personas and may not be who they say they are. You decide the type of individuals you want around you, but know they will drag you down with them if they are no good. Whether you choose immersion, socialization or the memes, I am sure you will find something positive to gain from this experience. Have fun!

This is one of the most helpful and safe places I have been able to find online. I can come here and vent anonymously and get advice and different perspectives on situations. It's very comforting to know that there are other people also going through mental health struggles and that you are never alone. The responses you get are also very quick so you know the community is actively supporting you and asking for support themselves.

Ok here's the verdict: Fun game and concept, great for socializing and meeting others who love horror games, but damn does this game have a lot of bugs. Also, when are we going to get more stamina? My character is out of breath in 3 seconds. We are all tired of looking busted and having a weird walking animation. So many people play this game, gives us more characters and cosmetics. Do something that will actually make me want to consistently play. I come on phasmo for the cool ghost hunters I have met not for the ghosts. I think that says a lot about the difficulty and boredom that you can easily get. Please fix VR support as well. It's absolute ♥♥♥♥. :)

Angela He, you did it again. Just like missed messages, you did not disappoint with another amazing emotional visual novel. The art itself makes it show stopping, and you won’t want to look away.

a new life really made me think about how every single person we meet has some sort of impact no matter how big or small. Something as simple as a decision can change a whole future ahead. I love how just like with missed messages, we can rewind back on memories and make different decisions for a different ending. You even get new dialogue if you do this.

The art style and original soundtrack is breathtakingly unique. I admittedly took many screenshots of scenes to remember forever. I think the colors that were used made the story even more vibrant. All my favorite things in one visual novel: art, music, emotional story, and choices matter. Not to mention, they are lesbians and one of them is transgender. I love women loving other women. My pansexual heart is fulfilled.

I had this game sitting in my library until I was ready to play, and I regret not playing it sooner. I have not played anything with such open minded themes regarding relationships, love, and betrayal. The puzzle solving is incredibly unique to me. I love the concept of building, creating new paths, succeeding, and even failing. The idea of every choice you making affecting whether you land in Neutral, Chaos, or Order was a great way of tying together all the different endings you can have. My emotions were up and down with Vincent, Catherine, and Katherine. A game, unlike any other, that really allows you to question your own morals and beliefs. I will definitely be coming back to see different endings and indulge in the beautiful platformer puzzles. I can't wait to see full body on steam. I went and immediately bought that version on Playstation after completing the game. I want to see what else the developers can do with similar themes in future releases. Highly recommend!

This is my all time favorite game. Not only is the story line absolutely beautiful, but so is the scenery. A game based in the PNW, more specifically, Oregon. Throughout the game, we try and discover what happened to local, Rachel Amber. Why is she missing? Why did she disappear out of nowhere? We play as Max, a college student who moves back to Arcadia Bay after five years and reunites with her old best friend, Chloe. We get to see her actions have consequences, making this game even more interesting with every choice you make. You will catch yourself getting very emotionally invested in the lives of many of the characters. I know I have cried! In terms of quality, I highly recommend the remastered version, as I have owned the original version on console and this one definitely looks nicer. If you don't own this game, you are missing out.
