UNSAON PAGHIMO UG SHAKOY
Ingredients:
-2 cups of all purpose flour
-1/2 cup of brown sugar (you can use white sugar too)
-1/4 cup of cornstarch
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-a pinch of iodize salt
-1tablespoon of vegetable oil
-1/2 cup of evaporated milk (you can use fresh milk or any liquid milk too)
-1 large egg
-sesame seeds for coating
-cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
-In a bowl put all the wet ingredients then add the sugar first to dissolve,then add all the other dry ingredients and mix it well.
-Form the dough into small balls and coat with sesame seeds
-fry in a low medium heat.
