THIS IS THE GAME TO PLAY. If you like decorating, cleaning and well flipping houses of course.

It's relaxing, fun and stressful all together. It's been on my wish list for so long that I finally got the copy and it's lived up to my expectations. The base game has a reasonable amount of tasks and items with the bonus of the steam workshop items (which is filled with so many cool things by they way).

The game can have some daunting tasks like placing wall tiles at a much slower pace than wallpaper or painting larger rooms, but overall they're relaxing to do. My biggest downside to the game is that there's no grid system and it can be a little tricky for some things.. Like ceiling lights, I can't place those darn things straight or centred for the life of me. BUT it doesn't effect your buyers which is great.

Be prepared to find yourself working on a house for a good while. I find myself lost in the sauce for multiple hours doing a house (and some tasks) just trying to get it perfect. Tasks vary, they can be small or large so it's nice to have some variety in the game. However I highly recommend the DLC, it's added so many more tasks, houses, decorations and just general quality to the game that I'm enjoying.

10000/10 Love this game. It's been a great way to destress, get me back into playing games and is 100% worth it's value.
