Zubereitung für Schnellen Nudelauflauf mit Gemüse:

250 g Bandnudeln, kurze
1 Paprikaschote(n), rote, gewürfelte
1 kl. Dose/n Champignons, in Scheiben geschnittene, einschl. Sud
1 kl. Dose/n Tomate(n) (Pizzatomaten)
200 g Schafskäse, gewürfelter
200 ml süße Sahne
2 TL Gemüsebrühe, instant
150 ml Wasser
1 Paprikaschote(n), grüne, gewürfelte

Arbeitszeit: ca. 10 Min. / Koch-/Backzeit: ca. 20 Min. / Schwierigkeitsgrad: simpel /

Alle Zutaten nacheinander in einen für die Mikrowelle geeigneten Behälter geben. Die Gemüsebrühe braucht nicht im Wasser aufgelöst zu werden. Die Nudeln sollen wirklich ungekocht in den Behälter.

Danach mit geschlossenem Deckel in die Mikrowelle und bei 600 Watt erst einmal 10 Minuten garen. Einmal umrühren und nochmals 10 Minuten bei 600 Watt garen.

Zum Schluss noch 5 Minuten ruhen lassen. Dann servieren.
