Best game out there, I love it.

The one thing I can say for sure put the final nail in the coffin of this game is bots, and I have a feeling they did it on purpose. From what I can tell the game was dying because the matchmaking was level based, level 1-5 bracket 5-10, 10-20 etc. and once you got a high enough level there were less and less people and eventually you just quit because you can't find a match. They could have spent a little bit of time and effort to make a skill based matchmaking system, but no, they added bots, this is what is wrong with them.

1. Bots have a bunch of rules, such as if you go to close to the enemy spawn they go meth head mode and instant headshot you as soon as 1 pixel is visible to them. It seems like when you get a kill streak, are close to a kill streak for you weapon task, or are camping for an extended period of time (that's what sniping is jc) they also go meth head mode and aimbot you.

2. Bots track you through multiple walls/foliage/smoke and if it's not solid cover they aimbot you.

3. Bots have aimbot, slightly more health (maybe they just instant heal which is still a problem) laser recoil, sometimes they 1 tap you with a pistol, assault rifle etc with bad ammo doesn't matter. They can sense when you are aiming at them with a scope from across the map and will 180 lock on to you.

4. Bots have premium weapons (some like the H-car, xceed, and t5000 are basically one shots) and I'm pretty sure they have higher levels of skills than you can get at the same level they are.

5. Seems like bots try to sway the match by being aimbot gods to good players and brain dead for bad players letting people get free tickets/objectives if they suck. That's not counting bot on bot violence sucking away tickets. (example: bots got 5 kills and 20 deaths yet they laser you across the map 1 kill before a rage kill or I can watch a bot shoot at a teammate and miss a whole clip and then I start shooting at him and he kills me in 2 shots, once I get a good k/d all the bots start aimbotting me from across the map consistently)

6. Bots can do stuff real players can't like shooting while reloading, throwing grenades etc.

7. Bots are stupid and don't even take over objectives 90% of the time.

8. The game starts you out against easy bots and then after about level 5 maybe 10 it puts you in with the "real" bots which are bs. So the game starts you out thinking it's one thing and then finally you find out the real game/bots

9. Bots will leave and a new bot will join the game so that the leaderboard/scoreboard isn't suspicious

10. The head hit box is messed up, I have shot people in the head like a hundred times and gotten body shots

This isn't even counting the premium weapons, and skills literally making higher level people better.

and the worst of all, the most recent update they removed the only way you could tell if a bot is a bot or a person. Before two days ago update you could hold tab and if you could mute them they are human if you can't they are a bot, and they added fake steam profile pictures for them. So any new player that starts playing this, just like I did when I started, is just going to assume this game is riddled with russian and chinese hackers. Also they made the game run worse, I could play 120 fps before the update no problem, now I have to limit it to 60fps in game and in my gpu settings or my gpu starts running away and then it crashes and I have to restart my pc. The cherry on top is that they never officially added "bots" the only information I could find is from a Q/A Q"will you ever add bots to the game?" A"We have plans to but not in the near future(something like that) and the latest patch notes for the hotfix says AI: Added reaction to flash and stun grenades; fixed a bug due to which smoke grenades were not assessed properly... So you added bots but you can't officially make a statement? Instead you allow new players to assume your game is infested with hacking aimbots so it will slowly die and you don't have to support it anymore.

I want a refund. I didn't buy a pre-order or an early access. If I knew the game would have been f2p I would have never bought it. Idc if it takes 5 years to become f2p if it is going to be f2p then why would I waste my money?
Edit: The game seems pretty dead now and they changed the room count from 40 to 20 players, no one takes it seriously anymore.

Literally almost every single match has a hacker now, I have even been shot through a wall that you can't be shot through. Do not buy
