Aprox 700 g lichid (jumatate apa, jumatate lapte)
42 g drojdie proaspata, verificata sa fie in termen ( sau 14 grame drojdie uscata)
10 g sare
15 g zahar
Aproximativ 50 ml ulei de floarea soarelui
Ulei din abundenta pentru prajit
Optional pentru servit:
150 g smantana
150 g branza sarata de oi
Un catel mic de usturoi
Marar si ceapa verde dupa plac
In bolul cu faina amestecam sarea zi zaharul. Punem drojdia sfaramata in lichidul jumatate apa/ jumatate lapte, care trebuie sa fie caldut. Amestecam putin ca sa se dizolve drojdia, apoi turnam lichidul peste faina. Trebuie sa framantam doar pana ce vedem ca toata faina este bine incorporata (1-2 minute). Atat. Aluatul nu trebuie lucrat mult ca la gogosile obisnuite.
