It does have good potential but after 3hrs it gets repetitive and boring. The monsters rarely are fun. They either kill you right away or are too dumb for their own good to kill you. The main objective i have to say is not fun enough to make the game fun nor scary. Especially since the film lasts for such a short while. The optimization of the game is rather poor and that is a big factor when you start to play with mods. It still is a fun little cute game

Inconsistent game. You can bump into things the exact same way with mixed results. One time you just get a scratch and the other you bounce so hard it throws you off course like you were hit by a train. this "Super Boost" has mixed boost and that in on itself shows how incredibly inconsistent this game is. Some achievements are not unlockable since Steam does't seem to register you doing the thing you just did what the achievement said you have to do. The brakes barley do slow you down at all. When you jump from a bridge there is a 50/50 chance that you will bounce once you and and slow down drastically or just land and keep going without bouncing and losing a lot of speed. Even though this game can be satisfying, the competitive state of the game with trying to get the best time is fully luck based and inconsistent so those who have the best times are the ones that put so much time and patience to do the same thing over and over again to make the game they wanted to do a billion years earlier. I do not recommend this game.

Anticlimactic and worse than the actual Half Life 1 game. The graphics are nice and all but the weapons such as the sub machine gun are now less accurate and the shot gun has some RNG element to it. Like you would be at the same spot and sometimes when you fire 2x shells at once the soldier at point blank range survives it into the face. Plus why is there such a delay in the reload? Like the shot gun feels so less fun to use with this delay when you fire the double shells instead of one and while your reloading and want to fire it takes a long 1,5 sec for you to stop reloading and then fire. And the movement does not feel the same and the voice lines are more boring than in the original game. This game does have better graphics and that is nice but it does have less charm than the original. And grenades make no sense in this game at all. They can blow up mid flight if they hit you, blow up way past 5 seconds and act more like C4 than grenades. And speaking of C4 its garbage in this game, it slides around like its on ice and has way less splash radius ever the actual C4 in the original.

Very recommend. I was too young to play this game when it came out but still after all these years this is the best flight simulator i have ever played and i have seen many, this one easily goes to top 3 best combat flight simulator of all time. I remember watching YT videos of this game of planes crashing back in 2010 to 2013. Good times.

A good pass timer when alone. Can be fun with friends. But i have no friends so i just use it as a pass timer

Relaxing and simple

Update: Been playing for more hours and i gotta say this game it full of trash. Grind your way to go and get the DLC you PAYED FOR! in order for you to drive them in game. And even when you get them you have to grind and find upgrades for the truck because its trash as stock. Seriously i have been wasting far more time grinding to find upgrades rather than actually transport cargo in a truck i want to drive. Like wtf this does not make we want to buy DLCs this makes me want to delete this game and be willing for the developers to die in a fakking fire!!!

Big regret buying this train wreck of a game. If you want a game that is off road, unpolished, too arcade and has a terain that makes no sense this is the game for you but if you want a game that is off road, polished, makes sense and is not filled with microtransactions (DLCs with trucks that are worthy of your time) go play "Mud Runner (American Wilds).

In this game rocks are literally made out of soap, the gear box has no manual control and impact damage is unpredictable. I have played Mud Runner (American Wilds) for around 300ish hours and that game makes sense when it comes to realistic terrain and physics.

Playing this game only for 70min really showed how weightless many of the trucks are and how lack of grip the tires have. Seriously i am not going to spend several hrs just to get upgrades for 1 truck just so it gets worth of my time. In Mud Runner (American Wilds) you had trucks that worked and even if you began with trash trucks there was always at least one that was useful on each map. The charm if gone in this franchise likewise with many other gaming titels these days.

I do like the graphics and that is definitely an upgrade over the piss filter in the graphics in the previous game. But the sounds in the engines on trucks is just plain bad in this game, like seriously you can clearly hear that most engine sounds are on a 5 to 7sec loop.

I really hate that i got 19 DLCs with the sale but definitely i cant use them yet lol. i have to use trash trucks in the very beginning, how ironic.

To make things short most people with a clear mind should not bother with this game since it is not nearly as good as the previous game. Mud Runner American Wilds is in fact a DLC on the game Mud Runner. But unlike so many DLCs in this game that are not worth it, the American Wilds DLS is actually worth your money. And there are few other cheap DLCs for that game as well that are interesting.
