First off, If you're expecting to play the game with the story-line of the anime don't buy this game. it skips a lot of the story-line from the anime and by the end of chapter 1 it basically goes its own way. Once I started actually getting into the game play I was pretty hooked and especially enjoyed completing the side quests and exploring the world.

there are some things that could be better with the game. me personally I'm not big on dialogue, sometimes the game will crash in the middle of a long stretch of dialogue and you can only save at save-points basically making you start over from last save. my other biggest complaint is the keyboard controls, they are imo absurd and weird but long as you have a controller you can use it'll be smooth sailing.
I personally enjoy the games the fishing concept, but I just wish it was a little more interactive rather than just pressing a button and waiting 5 seconds to throw the rod out again. (the game is also a little grindy in many aspects, fishing, cooking, crafting, etc which can be fun in moderation don't burn yourself out)

overall I would recommend this game (if possible for sure snag it on sale) it is genuinely a good game with room for improvement. and the developers are actively putting out updates/bug fixes to make the game more enjoyable for everyone

This game is nice, I love both the online and single player aspects of the game.

When you first start out playing I would recommend playing a bit on the vr missions so you can grasp a concept of how to play and get comfortable with the controls. (I would also recommend using a controller as the keyboard controls are a little whack) I also recommend this because if you're below lvl 30 matchmaking online can take some time as it is less active than the regular quick matches.

The only thing I disliked about the game was the vr missions are somewhat half baked. D Rank missions and most of the C Rank mission are cool but once you get to the higher ranked missions they mostly repeat the lower ranked missions just on a higher difficulty. Also rather than completing all of the missions before you "Beat the game", the credits are shown halfway through them which you also can't skip.


overall though I do enjoy the game, and now spend my time playing matches with people online. I would not however buy this game at full price, I would for sure wait for a sale.
