favourite strategy:

- get ship with 4 tile teleporter
- get lanius crew
- disable oxygen first
- distribute the lanius around the ship making sure they evacuate the oxygen in the ship faster
- use hacking drone and crystal bomb to isolate crewmembers from each other, trapping them to slowly suffocate, helpless to resist
- use anti bio beam to pick off stragglers
- use fire bomb to set anyone in an oxygen rich room alight (bet they wish they'd stayed with the lanius)
- do this with every civilian ship you ever encounter
