I don't really review games much but i just needed to voice my opinion about this one for some reason.

The first thing you need to know is that it's incredibly buggy and annoying, very often. Not all the time thankfully but i couldn't bring myself to finish it which is why i won't talk about the story.

The stealth is beyond awful and generally the enemy placement is as well. Too many snipers, your phantom blade won't allow you to get rid of them as its range is also awful. Don't try to take them out with the hidden blade either, the other 500 snipers will see you doing it. The AI breaks all the time by not being able to bypass each other so they'll just be stuck walking in place - they can't even exit buildings properly sometimes. Other problems with the stealth include: janky cover system, janky assassinations, janky tool aiming, useless smoke bombs, no functional way to lure enemies, janky detection range, and janky movement and i'm also talking about the parkour which gets you in trouble more than it lets you escape it.

The combat is mediocre but still buggy and it looks just....weird. It can be difficult sometimes which is okay but in combination with the bad stealth, it can get needlessly punishing, annoying and tiring. The combat is the only thing that is actually affected by the customisation by some extra ammo, medicine or HP. Other problems with the combat include: janky pistol aiming, janky quickshots, etc.

The open world looks great and can be fun to explore until you have to deal another batch of 500 snipers, so have fun while you can i guess. The gameplay was way too annoying to let me continue or even complete the game at all.

I know this isn't the most "proper" review out there but i just had to write this as no one seems to notice these many problems for some reason. In general the game felt frustrating and buggy with very few enjoyable moments when it comes to the gameplay - I don't recommend it.
