I wanted to talk to you about your behavior during our recent CS:GO games. I understand that you are a competitive player and that you want to win, but the way you've been treating your teammates is unacceptable.

Your toxic comments and insults are creating a negative environment that's making it hard for the rest of us to enjoy the game. We all want to have fun and do well, but it's difficult to achieve that when we're constantly being put down by our own teammate.

I'm not sure if you're aware of how your behavior is affecting us, but I wanted to let you know that it's making it hard for me to enjoy playing with you. I don't like being insulted or talked down to, especially by someone who's supposed to be my teammate.

I hope you can understand where I'm coming from and that you'll make an effort to change your behavior. I think we all have a lot of potential as a team, and I'd hate to see that potential go to waste because of toxicity.

If you ever want to talk more about this or find ways to improve our teamwork, I'm open to having a conversation. I think we can all learn from each other and become better players in the process.
