1-Batir el huevo en un bowl. Agregar Maizena® y leche de a poco mezclando muy bien con un batidor.

2-Calentar aceite en un sartén chico a fuego medio.

3-Añadir medio cucharón de mezcla al sartén. Inclinar rápidamente en todas las direcciones para esparcir la mezcla.

4-Freír el panqueque hasta que los extremos se doren, despegar con una espátula y darlo vuelta hasta dorar el otro lado.

5-Retirar del sartén y rellenar con manjar. Si deseas, espolvorea azúcar flor por encima.
