Gender is not a Social Construct, it is the Human Anatomy, A human male has two sex chromosomes X and Y. A human Female has two X chromosomes, while males have one X and one Y chromosome.
The only “Social Construct” is the so-called Gender roles like what someone can wear like clothes, makeup(things we label as feminine), or what jobs like construction or Military/War for example(we label as a masculine) and the sports one can do, sports should still be split up by gender. Sometimes even whether someone should be on a video game used to be a construct of the old days. Males carry Sperm, Females carry babies the only Permanent Gender roles.
