NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT XIII REMAKE:
The only good thing the "REMAKE" offers is the fact that it reminds you that you can buy the original Classic XIII as fast as you can after seeing the Remake in action and DAMN it really functions..as an insult to all XIII fans, thats it.

The rest of it is an absolute sh*tfest of god awful bugs, glitches, frame rate drops, Braindead AI, unforgivable audio/music problems and general incompetence that will make you literally puke all the way back to the bathroom in record time, and to add insult to injury, THEY DARE TO CHARGE 40 BUCKS FOR IT, while also not including the most idiot obvious feature, THE ONLINE MULTIPLAYER MODE, NO BOT SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. Do not buy it, do not give them money for such a half-assed attempt in its current state, IS NOT WORTH IT.

And yes, im writing this NEGATIVE REVIEW about the XIII REMAKE HERE in the XIII CLASSIC page because i refuse to buy the REMAKE, simple as that.

As an Ace combat fan i must say that this game is absolutely depressing..

Vector Thrust was a game that had potential to be a very good Ace combat based game, but instead it turned out to be a very frustrating buggy mess, i encountered many crashes and serious problems in one single day while triying to play the game and exploring its Many gamemodes, and the Gamemodes are pretty fun (if you can play at least 30 mins without the game crashing to Desktop)

The good things the game has its the big number of airplanes you can fly, Even fictional, experimental and prototypes, which i wasnt expecting at all, it also has a Workshop and MODDB website support for mods..

..but how is that the game released in such a terrible state?? its is if the Developers didnt have time to fix the critical bugs or the Publisher decided to rush the development of the game to meet a release date??

It is so dissapointing and hurts the fact that the developer abandoned the game knowing that it was an unfinished game and also having no plans to fix it whatsoever, because Vector Thrust has Bursts of Fun when playing it and it feels familiar to Ace combat Fans, it can become addictive as you unlock new aircraft.

But in short terms, this is just simply unnaceptable to the point where it can reach the line of Being a bad game developed by an incompetent team, especially knowing that to this day the game is still selling for 23 Euros, which is not worth it considering that a game like this is executed very poorly and above all that, not supported anymore...

Vector Thrust is a bucket of good ideas mixed with Ace combat elements that just simply didnt reached the skies of success..very sad..

Mi juego dejo de funcionar en medio de una partida.

LO BUENO: Puedes jugar con bots si por alguna razon tu internet no va bien en multijugador.

LO MALO: Es aburrido, tedioso, los graficos y el estilo del juego y como se ve, es muy infantil. Se nota que es otra copia de los muchos juegos de smartphone que puedes encontrar en la play store o en la app store parecidos a este. La inteligencia artificial de los bots es mediocre. He visto bots lanzandose hacia mi en un desesperado intento de matarme en el juego. Solo hay 5 armas en el juego. ni siquiera se molestaron con incluir los paracaidas cuando saltas del avion. Las armas en vez de estar repartidas en casas o edificios estan repartidas vagamente por los suelos del mapa, esto es una muy mala idea en un battle royale por si tienes a un enemigo intentando matarte al aire libre...

EN POCAS PALABRAS: Este "juego"..no es un juego. ES UNA COPIA DE LOS MUCHOS JUEGOS DE BATTLE ROYALE ESTILO MINECRAFT QUE ENCONTRARIAS EN LOS SMARTPHONE, Y CON MUCHO MAS CONTENIDO Y ESFUERZO QUE ESTA BASURILLA.

Freeze nova..Poned mas esfuerzo en vuestros "Juegos" la proxima vez o iros fuera de Steam.

Well..the game was pretty fun and tactic on multiplayer, i see that some people complain about the "toxic community". i disagree in that opinion because never once i got offended by players, they treated me with respect and they were very friendly with me.

Multiplayer is fun, challenging and tense at times but what makes everything fall apart quickly is the 15 dollars you must pay each month if you want to keep playing the multiplayer mode, now if this was the late 90s early 2000s that would be perfectly understandable but we are in the year 2022 and business practices like this are no longer looked in favor, unless you're a hardcore nostalgic AH3 fan and you're fine with i then that's okay.

After that dissapointment i went to play on OFFLINE PRACTICE. Now you can download countless maps to fly and mess around and this time they added Oflline missions made from different users, which adds to the replayability value, in this missions you shoot down enemy fighters, protect bombers, intercept them and train your skills against a pretty Challenging AI.

Aces High 3 desperately needed some sort of Offline Missions and they finally added them with lots of nice maps to fix the lack of Offline content the game once had, im glad that got fixed!
