As of the very end of June 2024, Valve has addressed the botting crisis, and banned a large number of accounts, bringing casual back to a playable state. Despite that, I cannot with confidence change my review to a positive one. F2P accounts such as my own are still unable to utilize basic communications, and the trust in the company to maintain this product still requires time to rebuild.
Valve, please continue to #FixTF2.
