I played this game in the shared story mode and at first I felt discouraged, I had the same issue with Man of Medan, this was because the controls for keyboard/mouse was very janky and needed a LOT of messing with keybinds for it to work. We spent about an hour just trying to figure everything out which led to a lot of frustration making it hard to enjoy the story in the very beginning.

Despite all of this; Little Hope has one of my favorite stories, the dynamics between characters is super interesting and the design of the ghouls/demons you encounter is phenomenal and so well thought out. I would highly recommend watching the video of their deep dive into the creation of those demons once you've finished playing the game yourself. The story is captivating and all the while terrifying. Putting the pieces together was such a fun experience and I wish I could experience it for the first time all over again.

I used to play this game a lot when i was younger, it was the first online computer game I'd ever played. I come back to it at least once a year to reminisce in the nostalgia and I had never bought a membership until this year. As someone who's grown up loving the game and it's lore buying the membership has been no waste of time or money. The graphics are fairly outdated but there have been some changes made over the past few years to improve them. All around the game has been very fun to play and it holds a special place in my heart for me and many others.
